Maison 5BR / 5BA entiÚrement rénovée dans une communauté fermée sur l'ßle Hilton Head

Belle maison de 5 chambres / 5 salles de bain dans une communauté fermée. AccÚs rapide à plusieurs piscines (avril-octobre), y compris la piscine de plantation qui a été récemment rénovée avec une pataugeoire, une riviÚre lente, une entrée zéro et une connexion Wi-Fi équipée. 5-10 minutes en voiture de plusieurs plages. AccÚs à Port Royal Sound sur la voie navigable Intracoastal, y compris Pine Island avec une toute nouvelle promenade et un sentier pédestre le long de la plage.

DÚs l'entrée, la maison s'ouvre sur un grand salon et salle à manger. Le salon est équipé d'un téléviseur 70 "avec cùble et Apple TV. La cuisine comprend des appareils en acier inoxydable, de nouveaux comptoirs en quartz et des siÚges pour 12 personnes.

La maison comprend 5 chambres, toutes avec leur propre salle de bain privée. Il y a deux chambres principales, chacune avec un lit king size. La 3Úme chambre a également un lit king et la 4Úme chambre a un lit queen. La 5Úme chambre a un lit superposé avec un lit complet en bas et des lits jumeaux en haut. Toutes les chambres (sauf la chambre avec lits superposés) disposent d'une télévision dans la chambre avec accÚs par cùble et d'une télévision Roku. L'une des chambres principales dispose d'un lit pour tout-petits et un pack-n-play est disponible.

La maison comprend tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous amuser au soleil, y compris 10 chaises de plage, un parasol, une glaciÚre à roulettes et 2 wagons pour tout transporter jusqu'à la plage. Il y a aussi 3 vélos pour utiliser les nombreuses pistes cyclables à travers la plantation et l'ßle.

The stay was awesome as usual! This is the 3rd year we stayed at this property. It has everything! The entire family was very sad to leave after the week! The communication with the host is the best!! We will be back next year for sure.

Annual golf trip

We had 9 of us from 70 to 7 mos stay for a week and after 6 hrs the family decided they wanted to come back next yr. Communication was great Had a minor issue and property mgr was there in 10 min to fix. Pool was probably the biggest hit

Ideal Vacation Home

This home was the ideal spot for our family of 7 adults, 2 children and 1 infant. We all had our own bedroom and a private full bath which is so hard to find for a group our size. The beds were very comfortable, we all slept great! The house was exceptionally clean and the pool was a daily jackpot.

Outstanding experience.

Truly a hidden gem. Rich the property manager and Alec the owner were very responsive and accommodating. the house is large and well stocked, and the pool is incredible. we cannot wait to return for the next trip to stay here!

Relaxing vacation with family

This is an exceptional house and location. Although it's an older home, it is very well maintained, and it has modern amenities. The host thought of every detail (i.e., TV remote and local attraction guides) which made our stay relaxing, memorable and stress free. The pool and patio are the icing on the cake:) Definitely recommend this home.

Accurately described! Our group was beyond impressed, both indoor and outdoor areas were excellent for entertaining and relaxing. Perfect Hilton Head home. We were there for my son’s graduation from Marine Corps boot camp and it was about 50-55 mins to Parris Island!

Perfect Hilton Head Island Oasis

This was our family's second stay at the Heron House. The property is amazing. Great layout with spacious bedrooms. Everything is very modern and clean. Backyard and pool area is great for relaxing and soaking up the beautiful Hilton Head weather. Close to shopping and the beach. Alec the homeowner is very responsive and helpful!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property.

The property was very clean, everything we needed was available, very comfortable and cozy, location was perfect,. We would definitely stay again if available. We've rented a house for the past 6 years but our first time being please with everything about the property. Also, parking was excellent for our four vehicles. The owner of the property is awesome. He responded quickly to emails and was willing to accommodate in all aspects.

Everything was great. Beautifully appointed. Great common spaces and eating areas. Ample dishwashing/washing machine soaps. Bring your bar or Bath soaps. Extra sets of bathroom towels would have been welcome. Plenty of beach towels.

Family Vacay

We loved our stay at the Heron House. The house was well depicted from pictures on VRBO. I chose this house for the number of bedrooms, but primarily for the pool and it being well protected with a fence. We had our young grand children with us and safety with the pool area was a must. The home owner was very responsive and cordial in providing us with anything we needed! Would certainly recommend to to all!

No need to leave!

This property had everything you needed, and even more than you could want. The details, space and amenities at this home exceeded our expectations. Great for a family vacation! The home offered both privacy as well as spacious living areas to congregate. The POOL was amazing! Great time was had by all...five stars for both accomodations as well as service. The owner and property manager were both highly responsive. North end location convenient to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend this property!

Thanksgiving Week

This property is amazing. The house is stocked with anything you can imagine. There were bikes, beach towels, the pool was amazing and the entertainment system is state of the art!! we had a great stay. We all wanted to stay longer. We have been going on family vacations to HH for over 10 years. This house rated #1 on our list. We are considering renting again in August if there is a week available before kids go back to school!! Thank you very much!!
