Retiring professionals from the Midwest, we finally landed in our "Happy Place". The ideal climate, dining, and activities are here in this lush spot. Close to all events and shopping, it truly is a peaceful oasis we love calling home.

Our location is a perfect spot to relax and unwind, a lush green oasis , under the palms, in the middle of Scottsdale. Quick walking distance to dining and shops, Old Town with all activities, and Fashion Square Mall, are quick to the South, Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter are quick to the North. Best suited for Adults, it is serene, esthetically pleasing, and close to everything to be enjoyed.
