The beauty of Samana is its simplicity. An extraordinary place rich in history, traditions, beatiful beaches and natural wonders.
This area is famous for its Whale Watching which occurs between early January and the end of March. During this period, you can watch humpback whales frolicking from the comfort of your own terrace.
The property that you are about to rent is a spectacular 102 m2 apartment and 42 m2 beautiful terrace that provides views of both the SamanĂĄ Bay and the natural palm tree forest surrounding the house. The perfect paradise for those who love wild nature without renouncing to luxury and comfort.
It is a 2 Bedroom Apartment, one room with 1 queen size bed and the other one with 2 single size beds, 2 bathrooms & equipped kitchen. The apartment is accessible via exterior corridors. Amenities in kitchens include full-sized refrigerators/freezers, stovetops, cookware/dishes/utensils

SamanĂĄ is the perfect place to watch the North Atlantic Humpback Whales who overwinter in the warm marine sanctuary of SamanĂĄ Bay before they begin their long migration to their summer grounds - as far away as Greenland and Iceland!
Not all the humpback whales travel in the same group, but at any one time during the SamanĂĄ whale-watching season, there are at least 300 whales in SamanĂĄ Bay.
