Welcome to the serene , cozy and tropical studio apartment at the Hotel & Residence Hacienda Samana Bay! This cozy apartment offers a breathtaking view of the bay of Samana from it's balcony creating an ideal view. Featuring a insta-inspired swing and a beautiful greenery as a backdropfor your pictures!
The apartment is beautifully decorated and features a king-size bed for your comfort. Also features a smart TV for your entertainment needs.
The apartment includes a small kitchenette, ideal for preparing light meals or enjoying breakfast at your leisure. as a guest you will have access to the hotel amenities, including a refreshing swimming pool and a well- equipped gym while enjoying the breathtaking view of the Bay.
The condominium includes 24-hour security with a covered parking space. The apartment is a short distance from variety of bars and restaurants, perfect for relaxation and enjoyment.
We also ask that you don't leave the door open as you know we are in a tropical country and have insects. Guests are welcome to use the pool and rooftop area, but may only consume drinks and food purchased from the hotel/bar. Loud speakers are not permitted on the rooftop.
No smoking (USD 200 fee for violation)
No parties or events allowed
Be mindful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum on late nights and early mornings.
