About the Space:
These 3 story townhomes are in the perfect location right next to the Village at Mammoth and Westin Monache hotel. The home is equipped with a whole home humidifier. In addition, central heating and a gas fireplace make for easy comfort in those cold winter months, central air conditioning to cool down during warm summer days. The home has been newly updated, with remodeled bathrooms and new flooring throughout.
This 1700 sq. ft. property has a beautiful open living area. The living room has comfortable couches, a large flatscreen TV with smart features, and a gas burning fireplace. The kitchen has just been updated, creating an open space to the living area. It has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. Next to the kitchen is a nice sized dining room table with seating for 6. Off the main living area are two private decks, one with a private BBQ (available during summer months only), and the other with a new private jacuzzi.
The first bedroom off the main living area offers a queen-sized bed, closet, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedrooms two and three are located upstairs on the third story. Bedroom two has a double over double bunkbed, with trundle, closet and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower; Bedroom three is the master bedroom, with a king-sized bed, big closet, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. The master bedroom has a designated workspace with a writing desk, chair, and lamp.
In the upstairs hallway is private, in-unit laundry. The garage is oversized and includes an extra storage room equipped with a large built in boot dryer - it's large enough to store all of your ski gear in the winter or your bikes in the summer.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, 3 in 1 soap (shampoo, body, bath), conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, and laundry detergent.
This townhome has everything you need to enjoy Mammoth in all its glory!
