Relax on your balcony listen to the rush of the nearby river, you can watch the last of the skiers coming in as the sun sets over the resort. Located on the mountain side of the building (not the parking or street side) all you will hear is the water and the excited voices of your family as they recount their mountain adventures. The beautiful kitchen is perfect for whipping up meals. Or you could make some burgers on the slope side grills and enjoy them alfresco. Grab your towels and head down to the outdoor hot tubs for the end of a perfect day knowing that you have found your special place. On winter nights you can watch the lights of the snow cats as they groom the slopes. Or turn on the large TV that is over the mantel to watch some live channels or the movie that you have been saving to watch all together. There is a small gym in the building. Pool table for a round or two in the loft above the lobby. If you take the elevator from the garage, there are no steps to the condo. The area is also home to world class skiing, numerous hiking trails, fishing spots, and other outdoor activities, making it the perfect destination for outdoor enthusiasts. You will find two fine dining restaurants on the mountain and full service spa in town as well.

Please no animals of any kind in the home. This is an exception to keep our son safe. He has asthma.

Free parking and no resort fees.

Kitchen. With stainless steel appliances and fully supplied cabinets of utensils and dish-ware, the kitchen has everything you will need to prepare and serve your favorite meals. There is counter seating for four.

Living room. The living room has a pullout sleeper and 2 comfy chairs, gas fireplace and large TV. The doors to your private balcony with a table and chairs for four for a meal al fresco.

Primary Bedroom. The spacious primary bedroom has a new king sized bed. A wall mounted 65'' TV with live channels. You'll love waking up to the stunning views of the forest and mountains each morning. And if you need some work done, we put a desk in the corner. There is plenty of storage, and a closet. The generous ensuite bathroom includes a convenient double vanity with great drawers to organize your toiletries and a shower/tub. Of course there is a hairdryer, too.

Second Bedroom. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and 2 dressers along with a large TV mounted on the wall.

Second Bathroom. Besides the primary ensuite, there is another full bathroom with a full shower/tub combination just off the living area.

Washer and Dryer. There is a paid washer and dryer in the hallway.

Parking. The condo comes with free parking for two cars, one spot in the garage and one in front of the building. The heated, underground garage is great, especially during cold, snowy winter nights.

Internet. Free wi-fi throughout the condo.

There are no stairs to get to the condo if you park in the garage.

Getting Around. If you look from the balcony, you can see the Mountain House base. From the ski locker, head out through the garage door. Cross the bridge. The path will lead you to the parking lot. Head across the parking lot to the lift. From Mountain House East, you can take bus too River Run Village, about 1 mile away. You will find the gondola, shops and restaurants at the River Run Village. The closest restaurant is Dos Locos Cantina, you can walk there in less than 10 minutes. Haywood Cafe is great for lunch, it is just a touch farther.

Activities. There is so much to do in Summit county. In winter, why not walk up the path to the Keystone’s Lakeside Village and try ice skating followed by a hot chocolate in one of the local restaurants. In the summer, I think it is even more beautiful to walk to the lake. Keystone has festivals and events almost every weekend. You are so close, so make sure you do not miss all the music and entertainment, especially when you can take a short walk to get there!
