Spacious and well stocked. We had four people and easily could have accommodated two more people. Appreciated the humidifiers for each bedroom. Big truck fit in the garage (barely). Gas stove was welcome surprise for the chef of the trip.

This place was the best overall that we have stayed in for family Christmas ski trip. Great layout and essential amenities made it perfect for us. Everything was clean, well stocked and comfortable. We have been coming to keystone 12 years and have stayed in many different homes and condos, but this was the most comfortable and pleasant. It is well heated throughout (no cold spots) and the entry off garage has a closet for ski gear and a rack in the heated garage for skis! Our family voted it the best place we have stayed. Hosts are thoughtful and responsive! The community center was a great place for my grandsons to play pool, swim and relax in the hot tub. Good family atmosphere and close to river run and mountain house lifts.

Excellent stay!

Very beautiful, clean and modern home! Comfy beds, fluffy towels and a well stocked kitchen. It was very nice to have a large crockpot on hand. Had a minor plumbing issue but owner was quick to fix the problem. Quick walk to the hot tub and shuttle pick up for skiing. Would definitely stay here again.

Great personal ski lodge

Scott and Kay have a beautiful location right next to Keystone resort. It was a wonderful to jump on a bus each morning and ride to the ski resort and then finish off the day with a soak in the hot tub all within a few minutes from the front door. Thank you for the great flexibility in our stay and quick responses to all our questions! What a wonderful weekend in the mountains!

Fantastic stay

Scott and Kay are fantastic and thoughtful hosts. The house was very nice, clean and well stocked. The location to the mountain was great! Plan to do your grocery shopping in Dillon. We were so glad to have a car as the shuttle was very unreliable, not even servicing the neighborhood one day of our stay. Would absolutely return to Scott and Kay’s house!

Fantastic condo for a Keystone ski getaway

We rented this three-bedroom condo in Keystone for our ski trip and absolutely loved our stay! The condo was clean, spacious, and had fantastic storage for all of our ski gear, which made organizing so much easier. The attached garage was a huge bonus. The kitchen was well-equipped and made meal prep a breeze, and we enjoyed the beautiful views from the condo. It was also conveniently located near a Keystone bus stop, making it easy to get around. Overall, it was a perfect place to stay, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Keystone!"

Great location for ski weekend with extended family

We had a great stay in the condo. Hosts were very responsive with any questions prior to and during our stay. The layout was great for 2 families with kids and gave each couple some privacy. Very well stocked. Great location for quick driving to and from Run Village and also pretty easy to use the shuttle back and forth. The kids loved the hot tub and pool at the club house but the pool wasnt warm enough for adults to want to swim. The hot tub had great views of the NYE fireworks. Will definitely look at staying here again when we need this much space.

Beautiful condo and great location!

The condo was in excellent condition with a well stocked kitchen, beautiful neighborhood and close to the slopes. We really enjoyed the condo and we would definitely stay here again on our next keystone trip. We had 5 adults in our group and the condo was laid out nicely to accommodate us. It was nice to have an upstairs main bedroom for additional privacy. The beds were firm and comfortable. The radiant heat in the floors throughout was fantastic, especially in the bathrooms! It had the feel of being in a neighborhood, not a busy ski resort. I enjoy mountain scenery, and here you’re surrounded by mountain peaks and trees. As far as access to Keystone ski resort, we took the shuttle to the slopes for the week we stayed and found it convenient. The stop is only a minute or two walk away from the condo. The Keystone close -in paid parking is now $45, (Feb 2022) and the free parking is a farther walk than the shuttle drop. In the morning, take the stop that indicates River Run “walk to gondola”. It’s along a creek and 400 yards to the lift. It’s shorter than staying on the shuttle and driving around past Christie sports for the main drop- off at the end of keystone village. The only negative here is that in mid February the shuttle was running every 40 minutes. At the end of the day we had a fairly long wait. Would be much better to have at least 30 minutes between pickups. The shuttle was always full when we caught it at 3:47. Having said that, we still enjoyed the trip immensely and found it much nicer than staying in condos at the village which we had previously stayed at.

Great Private Neighborhood Away from the Crowds

Great townhome in a wonderful neighborhood that is away from the crowds of River Run. But only a short shuttle or a nice 20 minute walk. We will come again.

The place is absolutely perfect; just as advertised. The community is quiet and just beautiful. The owners were accommodating and answered our questions promptly. A little confusion on when Minnie’s Clubhouse was open (pool and hot tubs) and how to make reservations but that was due to Covid restraints. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Great weekend getaway

This property is ideally located on the Orange line Keystone shuttle, allowing you to get to/from the base area in 5 minutes. The property was perfect for our family of 5 with everything that we needed to have a fun and carefree weekend skiing. I would definitely recommend for others looking to stay in the Keystone area.

Off the beaten path; BUT GREAT!!!

This condo was not in the hustle & bustle of Keystone but a short bus ride and you can enjoy all the Keystone amenities. Loved the condo. Beautiful!! With 3 Bedrooms & 3 Bathrooms it allowed our family of 6 Adults to have plenty of room to spread out. The shared clubhouse facility (I think called Mini's Cabin) was an added bonus so that our family could enjoy a little billiard competition. If the opportunity affords us to visit again; this will be the first place I look for to see if it is available. Thank you for a wonderful week and allowing us to utilize your lovely vacation home.

We love Summit County and its active outdoorsy life style. This townhouse was the perfect addition to our other condo in Moab, Utah (VRBO #332815).

Bright open living space, 2 master suites, 2 decks, 2 fireplaces, and fabulous views from all windows. The smells and sounds of the forest and river, the absence of road noise. Adjacent to bike path, nature trail and river.
