Our group had SUCH an amazing stay! This place is incredibly well appointed. The hosts have filled the house with anything you might need or want - and lots of things you didn't even know you wanted. Our extended family group of 15 (consisting of 8 adults including 2 seniors and 7 children/teens/young adults ranging in age from 4 to 20) ate meals together comfortably, enjoyed the fire pit, made puzzles, played board games, arcade games and soooo much pop-a-shot basketball. It was a marvelous time that we'll all remember for years. In fact, everyone in attendance is eager to do a return visit. :)

We stayed here for a fun-filled girls weekend and it was everything we could have dreamed of! The house was spotless when we arrived and stocked with literally everything we could have needed. The bedrooms were very cozy and clean. It was so fun having the bar and arcade room to keep us busy. We went tubing on the Saco one day and it was great being able to walk down to the rental site. Overall a 10/10 stay!!

So much to do!

Just got back from a great stay! The house is full of so many games to play and so much room for a large group to spread out. The kitchen is fully stocked and it was fun to have our own private bar. Our tweens and teens found so many things to do and all the adults were able to relax. Jessica was very responsive to any question we had. Highly recommend!

This Place Has Everything!

Hot tub, massage chair, tons of beds, FREE arcade games, dart board, ping-pong/game table, unbelievable bar, tvs everywhere, sauna, fire pit
 this place could not have been more perfect for my bachelor party. Everything was very clean (and likely brand new). Within walking distance of a great place to go tubing and a liquor store, with restaurants nearby. Super friendly and reasonable owners - I 10/10 recommend this place.

Perfect house for families

The house very comfortably fit 16 of us with plenty of space for hanging out, sleeping and eating together as a family. The arcade area was key to the rainy days. The upstairs area was perfect for the 4 teens to have their own space. Great central location to everything the area has to offer. The house really had everything you could need- the home owner thought of everything.

Unique and amazing place

This house was absolutely perfect for our group of 12 40-something golfers. With two chefs and many others in our group former restaurant employees, we felt very comfortable in the bar and kitchen areas. The chefs were really able to excel in that kitchen. The hot tub and massage chair became absolute necessities both before and after our tee times. Grabbing enough tubes for 12 of us to float down the river added another unique element to our trip as well. We made full use of the cornhole boards, ping-pong table, video games and even the karaoke machine. Check in was easy and when we had trouble getting into the shed our host was easily reachable with a quick resolution. One of the best places we’ve stayed for our annual getaway. Would highly recommend this house.

House is full of entertainment!

Large Group of Friends and Family

We had an amazing stay in Conway and will definitely stay at this property again! We had a kayaking trip and a tubing trip down the Saco planned but the tubing got rained out. We didn’t mind the rain at all because the property is full of amenities like a bar with a giant tv, a large living room, a spacious kitchen with everything you need during your stay, a hot tub, sauna, massage chair, a great arcade, a fire pit, a bathroom around every corner, and access to the Saco river. This property is right next to the exit point for the kayaking and tubing trips so it’s perfect for large groups and families to kayak or tube and then walk back nextdoor to the rental. Everything was very clean and fully stocked unlike many rentals I’ve stayed at where there are hardly any towels or toilet paper. We would highly recommend staying here, it’s a unique experience with the old restaurant and bar turned into a great rental experience.

Amazing stay in Conway

A group of friends and I rented this property for our annual ski weekend. The space was clean, stocked with everything we needed and filled with plenty of activities to keep us busy throughout the weekend. There was plenty of room for our group of 16. The game room was an absolute hit! The property is close to town making trips to the store or nights out for dinner very convenient. Jessica was easy to communicate with and was ready to assist with anything we may have needed. This property was definitely a fan favorite, we’d love to come back!
