Cette belle maison est situĂ©e au cƓur de North Conway Village et est prĂȘte pour vos vacances de rĂȘve dans les pittoresques Montagnes Blanches du New Hampshire!
Pas de soucis pour se garer en ville. Laissez la voiture Ă  la maison. À quelques pas de la maison, vous trouverez des restaurants, des bars, des magasins sur la rue Main et toutes les festivitĂ©s que le parc Schouler a Ă  offrir, y compris des foires artisanales le week-end, des marchĂ©s de producteurs, des feux d'artifice le 4 juillet, Thomas le train et de nombreux d'autres Ă©vĂ©nements au fil des saisons.
Cranmore Mountain est Ă  0. 8 miles de la maison. À quelques minutes en voiture de la maison, vous trouverez des magasins d'usine hors taxe, des sentiers de randonnĂ©e, des trous de baignade, le lac Echo, les bains de Diana, Story Land et bien plus encore!
Cette maison a été entiÚrement rénovée en 2015 et offre une cuisine, salle à manger et salon à aire ouverte. Le salon comprend un foyer à gaz avec télécommande et une télévision connectée de 50 "avec cùble, service DVR et programmation gratuite sur demande. La cuisine a des appareils en acier inoxydable, y compris une cuisiniÚre à gaz à cinq brûleurs, un réfrigérateur avec distributeur d'eau et de glace dans la porte, et un grand ßlot pouvant accueillir quatre personnes. La salle à manger peut accueillir huit personnes, soit douze au total. La chambre principale a un lit king size, 32 "Smart TV, dressing, 5 piÚces en suite avec baignoire à bulles, douche séparée et double vasques. A l'étage se trouve également une 2Úme salle de bain avec douche et une 2Úme chambre avec lit queen size.
En bas, 2 chambres, chacune avec un lit double et des lits superposĂ©s. En bas se trouve Ă©galement une salle de bain complĂšte, une grande salle de jeux avec une table de billard, une Smart TV de 50 "et un poĂȘle Ă  bois. La laveuse / sĂ©cheuse est situĂ©e au rez-de-chaussĂ©e, tout comme la grande salle de boue qui est idĂ©alement situĂ©e hors du garage.
Les portes françaises de la salle à manger à l'étage s'ouvrent sur une grande terrasse avec un barbecue à gaz. Le pont mÚne à une grande cour arriÚre avec un patio et un foyer.
Cette maison dispose d'un accÚs Internet haut débit jusqu'à 100 Mbps avec une connexion wifi parfaite pour les familles avec plusieurs appareils Internet.

The hosts made everything so easy for us to check in and out. The kitchen is well appointed and having 3 bathrooms made life easier. The bedrooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! Communication with the owners was excellent from start to finish, and they were incredibly flexible with our arrival, which made our trip so much easier. The house itself is beautifully maintained and had everything we needed-fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and linens, and all the amenities you could ask for. Our kids especially loved the games provided, with the pool table being a big hit! The location is perfect, within walking distance to town. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! Thanks Karen and Steve!

We had an amazing experience at Steve and Karen’s home. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the immaculately clean, modern, updated interior with very thoughtful, special touches. We felt welcomed, comfortable and truly at home. The location is ideal with easy access to everything including Mt Cranmore, Conway Railroad, Nestlenook Farm, Attitash as well as a 5/10 min walk to the village with all the shops/restaurants/bars/gallery’s a family needs for a perfect getaway. The property itself is fantastic, well maintained and in a lovely neighborhood. It’s an open floor plan that is modern with every convenience imaginable. There is also a fun Rec room stocked with comfortable furniture, games and a pool table for evening family time. PLENTY of space for a large family. Hosts Steve and Karen set a high standard for owners. They are professional, personable and incredibly friendly. Their commitment to ‘guest’ satisfaction is evident. For our large family of 8 adults and 2 small children, this was easily the best rental experience we’ve ever had!

Getaway weekend

I stayed at the property for a long weekend. The hosts were great with communication through out the stay. We ended up during a snow storm and they were very timely about cleaning the driveway. Overall a very clean and well maintained property.

Great house

We had a great time. The house is beautiful, neat & clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Has a fun game room with pool table. Also very close to ski areas and North Conway center. Would definitely go back.

Fantastic house, amazing location, wonderful hosts

This is one of the best rentals we've ever stayed at. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, including a high chair, travel crib, and kid friendly cups/plates/utensils! The location is perfect and the space was ideal for our family. The owners are wonderful and responsive. We can't wait to come back!

Warm, comfortable and spacious

This home has a warm, comfortable, spacious floor plan for spending time together. Beautifully decorated and impeccably kept. Proximity to mountain and town very convenient. Our family gathered for skiing, snowboarding, and game playing around the fireplace. The home contributed to making the trip memorable and successful.

Great home away from home

The property was just as described! Beautifully maintained, in a great location and had everything we needed to feel at home! Beds were comfortable and mini split units kept the house nice and cool (two important criteria for us). We would definitely rent again!

A great spot for a family!

A great choice for a family gathering! The house is set up quite well for little ones with plenty of sleeping and entertaining space. Location is great as well. A small quiet neighborhood and a 10 min walk to downtown. The owners are very friendly and accommodating and they keep their property very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

We moved to New Hampshire in 2009 from Texas following Steve's retirement from the Fire Department after 25 years of service.
We chose the North Conway area as Steve fell in love with the White Mountains as a child during family camping trips. Steve grew up in MA and I grew up the daughter of a career military father.
We reside locally in Bartlett, NH with our two boys, Stewie and Fred (both hypoallergenic Schnoodles)!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We purchased this property with the intent to rehab it and sell it. We redesigned the floor plan from a dated split level to a relaxing and comfortable space with an open concept living/dining/kitchen area. However, after a couple of years of renovation we fell in love with it and didn't want to sell it! Great location and close to everything, whether walking or driving!

A beautiful, treed lot makes it a serene location for relaxing in the spacious backyard after a day of hiking, tubing, golfing, skiing or shopping.
