I'm so sorry to hear this feedback after your stay Nancy. I would have loved the opportunity to help you with these items during your stay rather than a poor review afterwards as my main goal is to have happy and comfortable guests. I would like to explain though that the code you entered into the keypad was the OTA code (one time authorization) sent from VRBO as a security measure when you accessed your account; not the door code listed in your check-in instructions. You called me and were able to enter the condo without delay. I checked the lights in the kitchen and bathrooms and didn't find any non-functioning or burnt-out bulbs so I'm unsure about that reference. You're right, the pans could have used some updating so I appreciate the feedback. I've since replaced them for future guests. When you messaged about the heater, I directed you to an additional heat source. You said "this is totally fine for us as we like it cool. But there is plenty of heat" followed by a smiling emoji which lead me to believe there was no longer an issue and there was no more said about it. I sincerely apologize if I somehow misinterpreted your message. In the end, I truly value guest feedback so I can make improvements and fix anything that isn't working as it should. In this instance, due to your feedback, I've been able to do just that, so thank you :)
