RELAX in this cozy 1 bedroom condo located in the River Creek II golf community in Sea Trail Resorts. The condo is smoke-free with one bedroom/one full bath and 2 Double beds. The condo has two flat panel televisions for ultimate entertainment enjoyment (DIRECTV) and a DVD in the living room. The condo has an open floor plan with interconnecting kitchen/dining/living areas. The bedroom is located at the front of the condo and has 2 double beds with a private bathroom. The kitchen has all major appliances including dishwasher, full-size refrigerator and range. It is also equipped with microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster. The dining area has seating for four and a raised bar with additional seating. The condo has central heat & air and a laundry area with washer/dryer. The main area of the condo has a door that opens to a private balcony perfect for unwinding and enjoying the serene golf course views. Located a short 1.5 mile drive from Sunset Beach and only minutes away from multiple area golf courses this condo offers the best of everything for a perfect golf/beach vacation experience. Complimentary linens, towels and departure housekeeping service included with every rental.

The condo was clean, cozy and quite, just like we wanted it to be. We were close to great restaurants and family which made it a very relaxing stay. Love to stay there again if available.

Nice condo. Very clean. Could use a little updating. 2nd floor. No elevator. Convenient. Outdoor pools are for OWNERS only. Indoor pool and hot tub were under repair. They were also closed last year for repairs when we were there. If pool is important I do not recommend this condo. Otherwise it’s fine.

This was my 3rd time I’ve stayed here and it was excellent. The only thing is the toilet seat needs to be changed, when the paint starts to wear off on one side, It’s time to change it. Other than that I had a great experience.

Great location

The place is beautiful- located on a golf course. Centrally located near Sunset Beach and not far from Ocean Isle.The area is gorgeous. Great place to stay when you truly need to get away to relax. Its truly peaceful.

Sunset beach condo

The furniture is decades old. The beds are like mush. The coffee maker is so old. They need to invest in upgrades. The location was convenient and getting in and out of the apartment was easy. Second floor walk up was fine.

The place was beautiful and the location was great. I definitely would stay again.Suggestions to the host - Only one roll of toilet paper was available, one dish towel provided, no pot holders and no mixing bowl.

Would be pleased to visit your unit again next year!

The property was excellent, well maintained,and excellent sunsets. Few very minor problems
there were no dishrags or dish towels in the kitchen, the hair dryer didn’t work, the lightbulb in the bedroom isn’t functioning, the ice cube trays are too miniscule,and finally, replace the cheap useless toilet paper. These are very minor problems though. Overall, a lovely place and will come again. Thanks for your hospitality!
