Maison de plage familiale traditionnelle en bord de mer - récemment rénovée

Le Fran-Ma-Ray, une merveilleuse maison de bord de mer en front de mer sur la magnifique plage d'Ocean Drive à North Myrtle Beach, est disponible toute l'année. Le Fran-Ma-Ray a l'atmosphÚre délicieuse et confortable d'une maison de plage à l'ancienne, mais avec beaucoup de commodités modernes.

Le Fran-Ma-Ray, situĂ© au 821 South Ocean Boulevard de North Myrtle Beach, appartient Ă  la mĂȘme famille depuis sa construction en 1939. AprĂšs d'importants dĂ©gĂąts lors de l'ouragan Hazel en 1954, le Fran-Ma-Ray fut reconstruit en 1955. Il a Ă©tĂ© apprĂ©ciĂ© par beaucoup de famille et d'amis depuis ce temps. En 2009-2010, le Fran-Ma-Ray a subi encore un remodelage Ă©tendu. Les mises Ă  jour comprennent un nouveau pont avant ouvert et cinq ensembles de nouvelles portes françaises dans le salon qui ouvrent une vue spectaculaire sur l'ocĂ©an Atlantique. Alors que la maison dispose maintenant de nombreuses mises Ă  jour et ajouts modernes (y compris chauffage central et climatisation, laveuse et sĂ©cheuse, tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble, accĂšs Internet et ventilateurs de plafond partout), le cƓur de la maison a Ă©tĂ© conservĂ© et fournit la sensation nostalgique d'une maison de plage Ă  l'ancienne.

Le Fran-Ma-Ray dispose de tout le confort et la commodité qu'un vacancier pourrait vouloir avec l'océan Atlantique juste devant votre porte d'entrée. Tout de l'excitation de divertissement de Myrtle Beach au calme de s'asseoir et de bascule sur le porche et regarder les vagues. Le Fran-Ma-Ray offre tout cela !!

Pour une petite piĂšce supplĂ©mentaire, nous avons aussi Ginger's Place situĂ© sur la mĂȘme propriĂ©tĂ©, juste derriĂšre le Fran-Ma-Ray qui vient d'ĂȘtre entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© et est un studio magnifiquement amĂ©nagĂ© de 600 pieds carrĂ©s. We had a great time at the Fran-Ma-Ray! Beautiful beach house just steps to the beach. Loved having our coffee and afternoon wine on the porch. The beds were all super comfortable and the house is set up perfectly for multiple families!

The house was perfect for our family! The layout was great and provided ample space for us to all spend time together comfortably. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pans, and utensils, and having a grill to cook out on was great. The porch was amazing! There were multiple rocking chairs facing the beach that were perfect for reading or just relaxing. The location was excellent, close to shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. On-site parking was great. The owners were very friendly and easy to communicate with throughout the process. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, home away from home!

Family Vacation

Very happy to have a second visit at this property. Everyone loved sitting in the porch rocking and listening to the ocean. The kitchen and bathroom updates were a nice surprise. We look forward to future beach trips as a family at this house! So clean and well stocked.

Perfect place for a family getaway!

The house was clean and the location couldn’t have been better! Our favorite part was the rocking chairs on the porch overlooking the beach. The owners were easy to work with and very communicative! I would absolutely rent this home again!

2021 Family Vacation

This was a great home for our family of 12. Plenty of room for everyone and quick access to the beach. Loved sitting on the porch watching the waves roll in. Did a grocery order from Publix and it was delivered in about 2 hours. Kitchen was great and had plenty of pots, pans, etc. Owner was great to work with. Responded to any questions quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation with our adult children and our grandchildren.

Rocking Into Summer With a Breathtaking View

There were nine of us celebrating my niece’s graduation from the University of South Carolina. We had plenty of space to spread out and there just happened to be nine rocking chairs to enjoy our coffee in the morning and our cocktails in the evening. We loved our view of the dune grass, sand and ocean as we sipped our beverages and enjoyed delicious food prepared in the very well-equipped kitchen. Eating breakfast and dinner on the two large picnic tables on the deck was so much fun! The house was close to everything, including an awesome used bookstore next to Kroeger. Blue tooth speakers in the living room were an added bonus. We did a huge Instant Cart order from Publix that was delivered within two hours of arriving. Best decision ever. Fun, fun week with family in the perfect house for us to relax in....

Cozy Comfort

Our experience taught us that sometimes it isn't all about technology but that, what is most important is the quality time spent with your family. We compared staying at Fran Ma's to that of a cozy blanket wrapped in the warmth and love of home. The ocean view and wrap around porch with rockers was so relaxing and provided a plethora of stress relief, which in these covid times is a true blessing!

Fantastic beach getaway

This is a fantastic beach house in North Myrtle beach. Large house, that can accommodate 2-3 families. The house was very clean. The check in was easy. The best part of the house is the large deck with tables, benches and rocking chairs. The beach is right in the backyard. We never even had to wear our flip flops to the beach. The beach is just beautiful and not as crowded as other parts of Myrtle beach. The main st in North Myrtle beach is just a short walk away. The house is fully equipped with everything. The kitchen has all pots, pans, utensils, blender, crockpot dinnerware etc. Suzanne is a quick to respond to my emails, usually within the hour. Our family enjoyed the trip and our 4 girls had the most fun of all. We are certainly going to return to this house again.

Amazing!

This was my first full week beach stay with my family and it was wonderful! During our stay there was a Cat1 hurricane that hit us almost directly and at no time did I feel anxious or worried about anything. The owner was great at communication and made sure we were doing well throughout our stay. The only thing I would change for next time is sleeping upstairs so I wouldn't wake up with every creek but I'm a light sleeper. Lol. Amazing!

Best beach stay ever!

From the moment we walked onto the front porch of this wonderful house we knew we had made the right decision. And as we walked through the rest of the house we felt like we were home. We have stayed at many places at the beach but this is hands down our favorite. We spent many peaceful hours looking at the ocean from the rocking chairs on the front porch. A short walk and we were at the beach. We had 11 adults and never felt crowded. The bedrooms were all very cozy and beds comfortable. We were within a short distance from everything we wanted to get to and yet when we were in the house it felt very private as if we were in our own private oasis. The hostess was immediately accessible by phone if needed. We will absolutely be back to this little slice of heaven as often as we possibly can!
