We have stayed at Savannah for at least 10 years. The updates since last year when we stayed, such as the new porches, appliances, paint, cleanliness.., were wonderful.  the updates are terrific and the house seemed much cleaner this year.

We enjoyed five or six years in Savannah. Nice upgrades this year - new appliances and cabinets in kitchen, new vanities in bathrooms, walls painted, new front and rear upper deck and stairs with new railings. The pool is well maintained with wonderful shade beside it under upper deck. Short walk to beach allows for easy setup of all those things you think you need by the ocean.

We stayed in Savannah for a long weekend with our family. This house offers beautiful views of the ocean. The weather was cool and rainy so we didn’t get to enjoy the attractive pool. I look forward to enjoying it on a future trip when it’s warmer weather. There is ample seating indoors and out. The outdoor seating area is covered which allowed us to enjoy the scenery. There is parking for multiple vehicles. Inside there are two large dining tables with seating for our entire family to enjoy meals and games together. Each of the bedrooms has large bed(s) and their own bathroom, making it convenient for all guests.

A decent stay for Spring Break

The property photos are accurate, but the house feels a bit outdated upon entering. There was plenty of space/rooms for our family. We didn't realize until we got to the house, that there were zero rolls of toilet paper ready for us in the house. We had a later check-in and only received our key, only to find out the next day that we would've received a "complimentary" roll upon check-in. Still, for what you pay, you'd expect the house to have toilet paper, and soap for that matter. The bedroom on the first floor with the king bed had a ceiling fan light with the dome missing. It just kind of made the fixture look unfinished. The bathrooms that haven't been remodeled are very small. Also, when you shower, the faucet makes a loud noise which got pretty annoying. The kitchen window was broken and propped upside down by the sink upon arrival. We called the property manager and all of their service techs had already gone home for the night. They would not send anyone out to fix it until the next day. We were told to shove something against it to secure it and to know that we were in a safe neighborhood. That situation was a bit unsettling. Someone did come out the next day, late morning, and did manage to put the window back in place, but said that the window needed to be replaced. Also, we learned that we could not use hair dryers in both small bathrooms on the first floor or the breaker would pop, and we again, had to call a service tech to flip it back on. The pool is very nice and it lights up in the evening and some jets turn on too for extra fun. The house does have Adirondack chairs and some loungers to sit in by the pool. There is a gravel part by the pool that looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. There was all sorts of trash, empty beer cans, and the land of misfit beach toys and chairs that no one wanted to take home so they were just left in the corner. We did our best to clean it up, but again, it should be better cared for by management from renter to renter. There is a nice walkway to the beach from the house, which makes for very easy, private access to the beach. Overall it was a nice stay. Some minor inconveniences, like the house is well stocked with glasses and plates, but the cookware is lacking and the silverware was gross and dirty with crusted food. We just bought plastic silverware and used that instead. Also, if you're planning on grilling, you should prepare yourself to buy a new grill grate.
