Sunset view was beautiful! There was an issue with the HVAC system and the condo was very humid and sticky. Unfortunate that we didn’t have access to beach club or ability to purchase access. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We loved the extra touch of the family games that were provided. Floor was quite dirty and rugs did not appear to be vacuumed. Bring extra socks because they will turn brown!

Family beach trip

We loved this property! Our only complaint would be the master bed, as soon as you laid down you roll towards the middle. We tried 2 of the pools and the west boardwalk to the beach. The shuttle service was very easy to use. We also liked being able to sit out on the patio. We definitely plan on returning!

Great Condo at Kiva Dunes

We had a great family vacation at the Kiva Dunes condo. The golf course was outstanding and the condo was in a great location. We also enjoyed the beaches and pools. The condo was exactly as listed and well decorated. We would use it again!

Great condo!

We loved the sunsets at night, the accessibility to the golf and clubhouse, the pool tram, the walks to the beach, and going into Gulf Shores and Orange Beach for excursions. The owner was an excellent communicator and the condo was clean and decorated beautifully. We will be back.

Beautiful

Kiva is a special place and this condo is updated and lovely. The sunsets from the balcony are very beautiful. We had a great time. Despite it being Memorial Day weekend with lots of crowds Kiva never seems too crazy. The staff at the pool and beach are great. Always ready for our next stay.

Beautiful space, amazing view!

The inside of the condo is exactly as pictured: stylish, clean, and the perfect size for what we were looking for! The hosts were great too, Jackie sent us all the info we needed before our trip. The view off the balcony is gorgeous. It looks like the only unit with an opening high enough to catch afternoon sun, and the view of the sunset over the golf course is absolutely amazing. We got there after the main office closed but had no issues accessing the room and getting setup as resort guests with the Kiva office the next morning. Kiva offers golf cart shuttles to and from the kiva beach club pool which walks out o the beach. Loved the convenience of that! We were easily able to walk to our family’s house over at gulf shores plantation cottages too. We loved it and will be back!!

Anniversary Vacay

Hubby and I had a Wonderful Stay in this Beautiful condo for our 9 yr Anniversary!! It was very accommodating and we loved the beach/ beach club too!! So nice to have restaurant in the condo and shuttle to the beach and of course Hubby loved the golf!! We Loved Staying here and Jodie was extremely nice to work with!! Would definitely stay again!! 😊

The master suite has a King bed, a unique custom wall design, and sliding glass doors that lead out to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed w/pull out trundle to accommodate any and all group or family needs.

Both bathrooms in this condo have tub/shower combos, elegant vanities, and stylish finishes. Dry off with the hotel-quality towels and use the provided bathroom essentials to complete spa-like experience.

KITCHEN LOUNGE

The sleek kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, and expansive brand-new granite counter space for hassle-free meal preparation. Use the microwave to heat up left over from the Beach Club or swing by the shops and stock up to make your meals from scratch. The cabinets and refrigerator provide plenty of storage for your groceries. The spacious sink and dishwasher make it easy to clean up afterward.

The coffee bar is a great spot to customize your morning pick-me-up and grab a quick snack too. After a day at the pool, come together around the classic dining room table with seating for six to enjoy sit-down meals and plan you next adventure.

The dining area flows effortlessly into the main living room, which is complete with a comfortable couch and queen sofa bed combo, matching loveseat, lovely hanging chair and a flat-screen TV equipped with cable TV & Roku for you enjoyment.
