Great house! Super clean. We are an adult friend group who go to Crystal beach every year and the hardest part of finding a house is finding a house where each bed was adult size. No one over 30 wants to sleep in bunk bed. Spacious parking, large cooking space, and comfortable couches. I’m saving this one for next year! 10/10

Air conditioning worked great. Amenities were plenty. Beds were comfortable. Floors were an issues. There was holes in the linoleum and paint on the linoleum. The carpet was dirty and sticky. One of the main reasons for renting this house was the staircase for prom pictures. The railing was all beat up and marked up. The whole place needs new paint.

Beautiful place with great communication from Shawn! He was available for any questions I had. The house was big enough to host our annual family vacation and Thanksgiving lunch/dinner. Had no issues whatsoever with the beach house!

The house was in a good location to the beach. The had plenty of bed space and a nice size living room. Photos of property need to be updated to show the condition of the house at the present time. Upkeep and repairs are needed.

Great place to stay!

We spent the weekend with our teenagers and their friends and had an amazing time! The beds were comfortable, the amenities were amazing, and Shaun was very helpful and responded immediately to any messages that I sent. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location and Fun Times!

We really enjoyed staying here with the family. A 3 minute walk to the beach was perfect. The kids loved to play the arcade in the living room when we had downtime. I had a couple questions at the beginning of our stay and Shaun was quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!
