This stunning three bedroom two bathroom villa is perfect for family getaways or a quiet couples trip. Gorgeous panoramic porch views and only steps away from the beach.

Indoors: This house is on stilts and only accessible by stairs. Living and kitchen area are open and full of natural light. All new furniture with a relaxing beach vibe. 65” Roku TV for streaming all your favorite shows. Your sign in will be required to use streaming services. Please remember to sign out upon check out. Guest will have access to entire house except the owner closet and pantry. These will be locked, please do not tamper with locks. Washer and dryer available ( please give your items a shake outside before using)

Bedrooms: Two bedrooms with attached bathrooms on main floor, both with king sized beds and 55” Roku TVs. Loft bedroom with full bed. ( see loft rules ) 55 inch smart tv, great for the kids to hook up any video games.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee pot, hand mixer, cookware, dishes, eating and cooking utensils. Tea, coffee and basic spices are available for your convenience. We do provide basic cleaning supplies, ( dish soap, multi purpose cleaner, broom, mop ) two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels and trash bags.

Outdoors: Front porch with amazing views of the Gulf and Intracoastal Waterway with seating for two. Downstairs patio with seating for meals. Charcoal grill available for use. Grill should only be used on downstairs patio, no grills are permitted on upstairs porch under any circumstances. Charcoal not provided. Outdoor shower for your convenience. Please rinse sand off before using indoor furniture. The couch does have couch covers to protect the furniture, we recommend leaving them on to prevent damage.

Amenities: The pool is OPEN!! Playground for the kiddos!! Fire pit and observation deck right next to the house!! Please follow all pool rules. Children must be supervised by an adult at the pool at all times.

Loft Rules: We do not recommend children under 8 years old using the loft and all others use at your own risk. This loft has a railing but is completely open to the downstairs and is not closed off. By booking this property you are assuming the risks of using the loft. Please use caution on the stairs!!!

NO SMOKING!! Any evidence of smoking inside will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
No RV parking!! No pets without host approval.
No parties or events. All guest must be registered and 25 years of age and IDs are required.
Violations of these rules could result in you being asked to leave without a refund.
We do have two exterior cameras for your safety and ours.
