Newer listing. Our Beautiful lakefront home for your vacation. Relax, sun, jump into the water to swim, fish, and have a cool drink on your own private dock. Watch sunsets on your own huge deck overlooking the lake. Have your meals on the deck, or in the new screened in room that also looks over the lake. (or inside at the large kitchen table). Plenty of space be together, as well great space to be alone for some "me" time. All new, fully stocked custom kitchen and new appliances. Super clean. Private front & back yard to play. Huge Anderson windows facing the entire lakefront side of the house. Walk to town for ice cream, groceries, restaurants and quaint shops. Tremendous views. Outdoor bench swing to relax and dream. Also a large hammock swinging in the trees overlooking the lake. Full A/C if it gets too warm. Cozy sofas and chairs. Private office space with desk. Fast, fast internet. Walk to fun playground park for kids. So much more. You will not be disappointed!

Waterfront Paradise

This rental was spotless, comfortable and had a spectacular view of the lake, from almost every room in the house. It is conveniently located;walking distance to stores and restaurants. The owner was responsive to questions,and in touch with us to be sure all was well. This was a wonderful get-away, and we highly recommend it.

Relaxing

House was lovely and comfortable. Owner addressed all concerns quickly. Only downside was the canoe seats sit so high that it was impossible to balance two people in the boat. Other than that, we had a great time.

Perfect lake house for relaxing family vacation

Hapi was very responsive His brother who lives next door was super helpful and friendly and even gave us a boat ride. Toys for young kids, great playground at the school next door, walk to town. We did white water rafting, hiking, SUP, firepit, biking and watching the sunset, stars and Perseid meteor shower from the dock. Upstairs roo. Accomodated my whole family (2 toddlers) and diwnstairs room held our friends family (kids 10-15). We enjoyed one dinner in town (4 blocks away) and a fun lunch across the lake at the Sports Pub. Other than that we saved a lot of money cooking/grilling at the house. House very well equiped, beautiful view, good office space with view to WFH and Hapi/the Sullivan family is super kind. And my son had the best time riding the electic ATV which Hapi said we could use. So grateful, would def recommend and think about comin back. Really wanted to rent a pontoon boat, but just didnt have the time/weather coincide. Def will next time.

Perfect Stay

This property is perfect for a family vacation! The town is adorable and the home is amazing. Everything you need is provided and more. It is a well cared for home that clearly means a lot to the owners. The woman who cleans is fabulous
we met her personally and we cannot say enough! So kind, patient, and spoke very highly of the owners too! When we arrived there was a gift of coffee (delicious) and chocolate left for us on the table and Bobby the neighbor and brother of the owner greeted us making us feel welcomed and right at home. He offered us a boat ride and took us out the second day we were there! My boys just loved this outing and Bobby was such a great tour guide I started dreaming about buying a place on this gorgeous lake/reservoir! The stairs down to the water are steep but this only contributes to the spectacular view from the house! My two boys (7 and 9) had no trouble and my husband and I liked the 30 second quads exercise! Swimming-great dock for jumping! The trees offered a lovely shade in the yard to cool you on a hot summers day. The rustling leaves were music to my ears! I enjoyed the setting most on the deck, and inside the screened in porch. We ate dinner there one evening and the seating/lighting was cozy/comfortable. The entryway and kitchen just make the inside of this home! So bright and accommodating! There is a large table and a desk alongside the windows overlooking the view. Great stay, would love to come visit again!

Beautiful camp and excellent location

We have been in camps all over the Sacandaga and this is our favorite. Beautiful view, great house, private, yet terrific access to the water and to restaurants, a playground, grocery stores etc. And the hosts could not be more accommodating along with the host’s brother next-door. We parked our JetSki on the dock and the kids had a great time exploring and swimming. We would definitely go back this time hopefully for two weeks!

“I’m on Lake-time!”

What a fantastic relaxing week on Great Sacandaga Lake! From the start, Hapi and Paolo went above and beyond to make us feel like family! The home was exceptionally clean and welcoming! Everyone in this quaint town was friendly and helpful. We frequented the Northville Five and Dime, hardware store and local shops. I enjoyed waking to get freshly baked farm goods and breakfast @ J&F Farm Store & Cafe. During our stay we did day trips to the more tourist areas such as Lake George and Saratoga but when it came down to it, we just enjoyed turning off our technology and enjoying the lake. Thank you Hapi and Paolo for helping us make happy memories for our children! The DeLucas- Rhode Island

This is a home, not some bare minimum rental property. It has everything you need, and more! Lots of rooms, decks, porches, work area, front & back yard, fishing, swimming, private dock, outdoor fireplace, play park for kids very close and more. You work hard all year. Why not treat yourself and your family to a dream vacation with a spectacular home right on the water? Large back deck overlooking the lake, screened in room, large front and back yards to play, sit, read and relax. Big, beautiful Anderson windows everywhere with views of the lake. Tall pine trees with that fresh and natural outdoor pine scent. Get back to nature. Walk to our quaint little town of Northville with ice cream stores, restaurants, cute local shops, a grocery store, organic food store, coffee ships and more. Do you know that Northville has no traffic lights! No traffic and horns blaring. Simple, clean and small town. Our lake is fed from the cool, clean mountain water from the Adirondack mountains. Beautiful, clean, fresh water to swim and fish.

The house is right on the water. Our back yard is the lake! Wonderful views of the lake and mountains. Dock for swimming, sunning , fishing, relaxing, and why not bring your boat, paddle board, canoe etc. Breath in the fresh and clean mountain air. We are located right at the gateway to the Adirondack National Park. Biking, hiking, walking, shop browsing and even singing and dancing at your doorstep! We are a first class kitchen if you like to cook. An outdoor grill also of course. Golf courses nearby. Read you favorite book ( or iphone) sitting in our swinging chairs overlooking the lake. Feel and smell the fresh lake breeze. Laugh and renew relationships with family, friends and yourself!
