Welcome to Peaks West #18 - The Alpines Rooms, a modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located just a short walk from the Burfield chairlift. This comfortable mountain retreat offers ski-in access and beautiful views toward Mt. Morrisey. Inside, the bright open living space is perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Unwind beside the fireplace or step outside to the private balcony and enjoy a soak in the hot tub overlooking the mountains.

Would be solid 5 stars except bath fans didn’t work and hot tub overly heavy on chlorine to point of discolouring our bathing suits after one soak. Loved the heated garage space for ski gear storage/drying and getting gear on/off

So Relaxing!

We had a great time in Sun Peaks, the location was right near a walking trail for the dogs! It was clean, bright and comfy. Everything was very easy to find and it had all the amenities.

Very nicely located home, near a restaurant and grocery store. Well stocked, clean, it is beyond expectations. My family has enjoyed the stay.

The property suited our needs and was enough space for the three of us. Was a bit further from village but we loved the little deli and bar right outside from us. Was clean and well kept. Would stay again.

great place

the place is large and has everything you need. Its about a 3min walk to the burfield lift. They had extra's like spices, laundry detergent, etc. that were great bonuses. parking is super easy. overall no complaints!

Great spot!

Extremely clean. Everything you need is there. Loved the hot tub! No need to use your vehicle while there. Walk to ski lift. Groceries in shop below or ride shuttle into village. We’ll be back! Great stay!

Nice clean condo. Good location.

We had a great stay! The condo had pretty much everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked! The communication with the management team was awesome! There was a power outage in the whole village before we arrived and they were quick to let us know and very quick with their responses to all our questions. During our stay it got really hot in the condo with no air flow. The management team was quick to drop a fan off to us. The only thing we wished we had was a bbq but we made do without it. I would highly recommend this condo!

Good for short stay

I think it should be mentioned that the property is located above shops. This is practical in a way as you just have to go downstairs if you need something, but it also takes away the privacy as the windows face the parking lot and so does the hot tub. The other thing to note is that the temperature seems to be not controllable so we had to sleep with the windows open. The bed in the second bedroom (not master bedroom) is a tight squeeze for two people, and one of the people ended up sleeping on the sofa bed, which is very short for a grown person. Otherwise the place was lovely and very clean.

The beds are way too firm. No give. Main toilet not secured properly to the floor. Shower head in the main bathroom way to high. No regular coffee maker. Way too dusty. Could not enjoy the hot tub because of all the dust.

Love Sunpeaks

It is a very nice two bedroom unit, I will say that. Directions to the slope would be helpful, are bus shuttles free? I have stayed at many ski in ski out locations, and I would not say this is a true ski in ski out location. More than 150 meters away from slopes as ad says although not super far, I’d say more like 270 meters. Bus shuttle to village May be shorter. Fans in bathrooms did not work for showers. Asked ahead of time what one would need to bring on top of food and gear, told it was fully equipped from coffee, sugar, spices etc, soaps etc. and all basic utensils etc. canister labeled sugar empty, body washes were empty. Overall a nice place, we did enjoy our skiing, had two great days out on the hill. One other note, it can be a little noisy early in the morning, but to be expected, based on now seeing location above shops and near main road, and all the snow that fell and needing removal. Would consider unit again, but not my first choice when I come back.

Summer mountain bike trip

From booking to checking into the unit the owners made this a very stress free process. The unit was clean and exactly what we expected from the listing. We even added an additional night to our stay.

Quick Two Day Ride

This unit was perfect for the family. Ground floor access and secure bike storage outside the front door were great. Everything was well stocked and even labelled! I can see my family staying here again, summer or winter.
