Greetings from Ai and Brian and welcome to our beloved townhouse! Here you will have Full Access to the Entire townhouse which includes a fully functional kitchen, dedicated workspaces with high-speed Wi-Fi, a comfortable living room with 2 sofa's and a 60" Smart TV, onsite laundry with washer and dryer, and each bedroom has Smart TVs, queen sized beds, and their own private attached bathrooms. This property also features a key code smart lock for easy self-check-in anytime!

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this central location. The Braves stadium/Battery Atlanta is 15 minutes away with regular baseball games and concerts. 4 mins to Kroger and 15 mins to Cumberland mall. 25 minutes to downtown Atlanta. (All times are estimates and depend on traffic).

My older son and I were visiting Atlanta for some Braves-Yankees games. The home was clean, bright, easy to find, convenient for Truist Field and perfect for the two of us. Communication with Brian was fabulous. There were ample supplies of condiments, a Keurig for coffee, and even better for me, an electric kettle for my tea! We would certainly go back.

Short holiday stsy

Stayed 3 nights around Memorial Day. Place was very clean, much appreciated. Had small issues w a broken doorknob and clothes dryer not working . TVs also were all different so were difficult to figure out. Future listings may want to mention you need to be subscribed to multiple apps to watch tv. Overall good stay.

Just As Described

I was leary renting something other than a hotel. But as my first time doing so, I couldn’t be any more happier with our stay. It was homey. The beds were comfortable. There are 2.5 baths with a full bath in each bedroom which made it more private. The neighborhood was peaceful and seemed safe. I would definitely recommend this property if you’re visiting the outskirts of Atlanta.

Travel Baseball Summer Stay

My family stayed at this charming townhome for our sons baseball tournament at lakepoint & East Cobb. It was centrally located so that made it nice to have a home with washer & dryer & all the amenities rather than a hotel. The host was very responsive with timely & thorough check in & check out info. Very pleasant stay!

4th of July Getaway

Had an enjoyable time at the townhouse. Property was clean and the interior was very comfortable. One evening we had a question on the A/C - within 5 minutes they responded to our email and answered our question.

Clean and affordable

I loved how clean and minimal this property was. Communication with the property owner was fast and efficient. We totally enjoyed our stay here and it was so close to Truist Park....only 15 minutes. Plenty of things local to us.

Cheerful Stay

This Cheerful Townhome was in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking for four cars. Minimalistically clean and had many basic necessities available: coffee, dish/laundry soap, toilet paper, shampoo, and towels. Great communication and accessibility with hosts. Very easy check in/check out process with keyless entry. Many fun things to do around the beautiful area of Smyrna as well as the surrounding Atlanta metro area. Thank you for your guidebook of suggestions for restaurants and things to do....we went to Lemongrass Thai and the Atlanta Aquarium. Thanks for fun memories made while staying at the Cheerful Townhome.
