It`s less than a mile to Marathon music works and brand new Capitol view and we are a short $5-$10 Uber/Lyft ride to downtown, Broadway, Demonbreun St, Nissan Stadium & Bridgestone Arena!



The house features 3 levels with beds on each floor (perfect for large groups not looking to be cramped). There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, each bedroom has it’s own private bathroom (Don`t settle on a home that will create a shower bottle neck every morning and evening!)

This home is located in the Downtown Nashville area, that being said it is a rapidly changing and transitioning area. We encourage common sense awareness and safety practices, as well as traveling by vehicle, particularly at night; but have never had any issues at all concerning safety!

The home is in a rapidly transitioning neighborhood, we have never personally had any safety issues etc, but we do encourage common sense safety awareness as well as traveling by vehicle (it’s only a 5 minute Uber to Broadway!), particularly at night!

This location is GREAT for spending most of your time near Broadway. It is also very close to the main sports stadium. The garage made us feel great about parking our rental car. This host is VERY responsive. For large groups who want to go out multiple nights I would definitely recommend this property.

We enjoyed the stay. Quiet neighborhood . though it was in the inner city it was plenty of free parking. Enjoyed the covered patio talking with family we hadn’t see in a awhile.

Terrific accommodations

The condo was spacious and updated. Every room was well appointed. Beds are comfortable, laundry room available, large kitchen space and loved the open concept. Neighborhood was quiet and everything was only a short distance away. Would stay there again next time we’re in town.

Great House

This house is spacious and not far from all the action. Plenty of comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. We had a great time. Not a ton of kitchen supplies but with the great restaurants in Nashville we ate out most of the time.

Enjoyable place to stay, close to downtown. Large enough for our family of 8. Modern place with an open concept which was nice. Julian was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Fun had by all!

I can’t say enough about this property. Absolutely perfect on everything. Description was spot on and the owner was very attentive and offered to help if we needed anything or has any questions. Great time with family

House provided great space for 6 adults. 4 bedrooms each with respective bathrooms worked perfectly. Especially enjoyed covered balcony to sit outside with warm temps even with the rain pouring down. Excellent lodging option close to ALL the music and fun. Uber gets you into the action in 10 minutes. Julian, the property manager was excellent with all communication. It would be nice if the house had an outside grill for steaks etc. Definitely recommend this property.

A Wonderful Stay

This is a great property with plenty room and very clean. It's just a short Uber ride into town and whilst the immediate area is being developed it felt safe and homely. There is a nearby Publix food store and a wine merchant for a wider choice of vino. There is also a great balcony for sitting out. Communication was easy with the host. The only improvement I would suggest would be to have a few decent wine glasses but that's a very small point. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!!

Gem in the rough

Beautiful home situated in a rougher part of town. Julien was great to work with and responded promptly. The property was well maintained and a short distant from Broadway and other attractions. Not walkable but only a 5 minute drive.

Great house! Poor area

The house was great! Very clean, lots of beds and good experience! The surrounding area is a poor area and you don’t want to be outside alone. But I’m sure that will change In years to come with everything being built up. We would for sure come back and stay again. Thankyou!

21st Birthday Nashville Bash! June 2023

This was the 1st time we have ever booked a vacation rental and could not have been more pleased with the outcome! Very cute, modern house that was very spacious with an open concept! It was wonderful having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms for everyone to get ready. Quick Uber ride to Broadway and other popular locations. Julian was an amazing host who provided us with an exceptional experience! He was quick to reply to any questions we had, He gave wonderful suggestions and was very accommodating making our son's birthday bash a memorable celebration! We would highly recommend booking with any property that Julian has!

Nashville trip with family of 6 adults and 2 kids

It was a convenient location, neighborhood is not the best, but there is a lot of new buildings going up around here. The four bedrooms were nice since we had a family with two kids and we all had our own bathrooms. Close to town Uber ride to town is $8-$12. Nice to have a garage. Could be cleaned better, and have a maintenance guy come in and change light bulbs and some other small things. Would I stay again absolutely. Thanks

Good location to broadway

Good location. Plenty of space for a large group. Terrible communication with host. Messaged host the day before check out day about getting a late check out (both on app and cell phone) and they didn’t respond until after we had to be out of the house. Blamed it on the app not working but failed to mention a reason why he didn’t respond via his cell phone. Felt pretty dishonest to honest. I won’t book again.
