Casa Corazon - Paradise in Yelapa

Casa Corazon (formerly known as Casa Alba) is a slice of heaven in the jungle paradise of Yelapa. Leave the world behind and take a 50 minute boat ride from Puerto Vallarta to this hidden gem of a pueblo. Experience both the jungle and the ocean at Casa Corazon - it is a beautiful, bright and open-aired casa that looks out on to the bay through a lush panorama of trees. Two bedrooms, comfy couches, a great kitchen and a stunning view makes this a perfect space for couples, solo travellers, families and digital nomads. It is not suitable for young children or toddlers.

PLEASE NOTE: The cleaning fee is NOT included in the charges and so $35 usd or $700 pesos cash is to be paid to the owners of the building, Diego & Marilu, on arrival as per their request. I lease the apartment from these fine folks and this is the arrangement that they have asked for :)

Great Getaway

The stay at Casa Corazon was wonderful. The property was everything that we needed. The location is great for getting around Yelapa and seeing the sights and the different restaurants. Tisana was great to work with and was very helpful when needed. We would stay at Casa Corazon again.

Beautiful Yelapa

This home was exactly like the pictures and description. A short walk to the main area of the village. Well appointed and prompt communication with the owner. There are many stairs to the home from the main path so be sure you can carry your own bags. This was a lovely property and I highly recommend!

Classic Yelapa

Yelapa is a low tech place. Despite that our internet worked nicely. Hot water was on and off, but the folks were quick to help. We brought our two little children and decided to bed share so we didn't worry about rolling off the beds. The stairs to the door are steep and there is plenty of them. The stairs inside are also steep. Our kids did fine and I was not terribly worried. Wind does pick up in the evenings and rattled the roofing material. Absolutely beautiful. The sunrises right on the place and birds are up early making loud noises. Yelapa is an adventure and the housing is no different. Very enjoyable.
