The house is spacious and very clean. Large fenced back yard with several shade areas. There is a wonderful park one block away. The house has laundry facilities and the kitchen is well-furnished. This is our second stay at this property. We will rent it again on our next trip to Las Vegas for senior softball.

Perfect vacation rental for our small family. Clean, private pool was perfect for relaxing. Multiple rooms, beds were comfortable and clean. Bunk beds for the kids were a bonus, not pictured. The master shower was great! Would highly recommend and stay again.

Had a great 4 night stay here. The house is centrally located in Vegas and was comfortable for our family of 4. The pool was fun to lounge in and by, the backyard felt very private, and the amenities were all very nice. Would absolutely stay here again!

The house was very clean and perfect for my family and I. In a very quiet neighborhood not far from the strip. Dont let the surrounding area fool you, the block the house was on was great. Pool was alot of fun and plenty of room. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions and easy to deal with.

Centrally located to Las Vegas. We were surprised how a nice house was located in a run down neighborhood…. House is good and worked well for four people and a dog for a short stay. The backyard was set up nicely and would be great for entertaining a large festive group. But the floors were dirty.

It is possible that our handyman was there after the cleaning had taken place—he was checking the internet connection. We apologize; we were unaware of this. The home was easily accessible, clean, open concept and offered more sleeping options than in the listing. The only real issues was one of the bedrooms never really cooled down. When it’s 115 outside, that was a disadvantage. We made it work tho. Noted a few damages and notified the management company and they were very receptive. The home is in an older neighborhood but was equipped with exterior cameras in the front and backyard. Exterior parking was adequate.

Had a great stay, all amenities were up to par-water pressure for showers were excellent - much better than staying in a hotel. Beds were comfortable and spaces were tidy and clean. Washer and dryer were a great convenience to wash our laundry before heading home. Overall excellent experience at this VRBO - we would definitely stay again. Close to the strip!

The property was perfect! Close to everything and a really quiet neighborhood! Def do not judge the location by its looks! Excellent communication from both owners! We had 5 adults and 2 small dogs! More than enough space for all of us! One of the headboards tiled but it didn’t prevent us from using the bed! Owner was willing to come fix it the next day but I told them it was not needed since we can still use it. We all enjoyed the pool! We will def be returning customers!

House was a great size, backyard was amazing and it was easy to get everywhere we needed to go. We were there in November and didn't opt for the pool to be heated, but it was crystal clear and we had fun hanging out around it. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

Thank you for your feedback. However, the house matches the description. You checked in 2 hours early and complained that the pool was dirty. The pool guy arrived shortly thereafter, and the pool was clean by the standard check-in time of 3:00 PM. After that, you continued to complain about the neighborhood. In the property description, we clearly state that this is a working-class neighborhood. These are the people who maintain the homes, hotels, and casinos in Las Vegas. They are hardworking individuals, and you benefit from the work they do every day. It is a safe area, and your comments about the neighborhood came across as disrespectful toward the people who help keep this city running.
