Pet-free, smoke-free, extremely clean, and ADA friendly is this relaxing and spacious BnB for your personal, private retreat, overnight layover or extended stay. The bedroom area is 19’ X 14’ and you’ll have your own, private 3/4 bath with an adjustable shower chair.
A well-stocked Keurig, microwave, and fridge loaded with bottled drinking water and soft-drink choices await your arrival. You will have a private entrance, a small work desk, plates, silverware and cups, iron, recliner, air conditioning/ heating, a walk-in shower, blow-drier, hi-speed internet, 40" smart TV with over 200 free channels… and a super comfy, king-sized bed. Various books and board games are provided for your enjoyment. Local regulations prohibit occupancy by more than 2 guests.

This was absolutely perfect for our needs! Clean, comfortable, easy access and Chris is a terrific host! The coffee, breakfast sandwiches, water, and sodas were very much appreciated. We were down for Spring Training but downtown Mesa was fun to check out, and so many things to do in the area. We will be back and highly recommend this spot.

Great location, nice quiet neighborhood. Easy to get around, close to major streets, food, and shopping. The host was there when we arrived, doing some last minute clean up. He was very personable, helpful, and offered assistance if we had any needs Breakfast provided. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again in the future.

Chris was very accommodating and the room was ready for our use. We needed it for an overnight stay to catch a flight in the morning, and the room was perfect for that.

Chris is a lovely human being, we had a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay again. The bathroom is maybe the most accessible bathroom I've ever seen outside of a hospital.

This was my second stay at this location. What brought me back was the cleanliness and comfort of the room as well as the friendliness and communication with the host who provided excellent selections of coffee, refreshments and breakfasts. The ability to park my car next to my front door was very convenient plus provided an added sense of security.
