Havasu Home with salt water oasis pool

Welcome to our Havasu House Haven! A 1800 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom and den area house that you and your whole family can enjoy. During your stay you will have access to the entire house, which includes kitchen, laundry, small garage and private pool (not heated!!). Our home is a 10 minute drive to the boat dock and a 10 minute drive to London Bridge. We are newer to the Havasu area and very new to being VRBO Hosts, but are loving it so far. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do!

We have special pricing for guests looking for longer than a 30 days during fall and winter! Please send us an inquiry so we can get our snow bird pricing. Our home does include, water, electric, trash, internet and basic cable channels. TVs are in living room and master bedroom.

Clean and comfortable

This house was clean and comfortable, the pool was great to jump in and cool off after a day on the lake. Lake is a quick 7 mins from the house. Great stay!

Wonderful

Great property, everything was perfect! Hosts were super responsive, home was well stocked and very clean. As my 8 year old grandson put it “this is the best Vrbo we have ever stayed at!” Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Great place. North side. No paper towels? TV in master bedroom had no channels. Samsung plus in op in master bedroom. Septic smell in laundry room. Very nice place over all. Would definitely stay again. Didn't use pool. But looked great.

Ideal family home

This house was perfect for us! Very kid friendly. Toys galore! Had everything we needed. The home owner always responded super fast to any messages and helped right away. The pool was clean, beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone and would stay here again.

Nice place. Convenient, nice area and would return if coming to the area. I would suggest dimmer switches in the bathrooms and a working motion light near the door.

It would work well for people in the summer using it as a short stay hotel. For longer stays and snowbirds the accommodations do not meet standards for cost: No usable dressers or night stands - master bedroom had no closet for renters, no usable outdoor furniture - we were told to take a dining room set outside and take in if it rained! Kitchen - most utensils missing or very poor condition. Fridge too big for spot so you couldn’t open both doors. Bed and shower wonderful.

Mediocre

We arrived and got into the house. On the surface it seemed clean but when we picked our grand daughter up her knees and tops of her feet were very dirty from crawling on tile floor. Carpets in bedrooms are worn and dirty looking. Beds comfortable, towels, linens and other amenities were decent. Everything worked. There were molded coffee ground in coffee maker. One of fridge doors doesnt open all the way due to window casing. Makes it hard to use whole fridge. Water filter light on fridge was on when we arrived. Pool was very nice,. Outdoor chairs, furniture and floats were good. The bottom fixed tray of grill needs cleaning. Flamed up a lot due to grease build up. Location was pretty convenient and distances in description accurate. Overall i would say it the propery is mediocre.

Great Getaway!

This is a really great vacation rental! The size of the house is perfect and all the furniture is very nice! Kitchen - Stocked with all the dishes, utensil and pans you need. It is a good size kitchen. They also make sure there is the basics, like soaps, sponges, trash bags, etc. There was also a basket of snacks on the counter! Bathrooms - They are both a nice size and the master is big! The shower in the master bathroom is perfect for a lake/pool house! You can just walk right in, rinse your skin off and walk right out! There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both bathrooms. They have enough towels for everyone! Bedrooms - They are all relatively good in size, with the master obviously being the biggest. The only room that has a dresser is the master. However, all rooms have plenty of closet space for your clothes. The beds are soft and comfy, bedding is good quality. Backyard - This is a nice space to hang out. There is the pool that is perfect for relaxing and playing. They provide towels and some floaties to relax. There is a nice set of outdoor couch and seats, in addition to 4 patio chairs. There are 2 umbrella's available and a propane BBQ. Other - The washer and dryer are nice, high quality brands. The garage is a nice size and they provide a clicker. There are toys to provide entertainment for the littles. Overall this is a nice property. You can tell that the owners really wanted their place to look good. The house is clean and in good repair.

I had my family with me in this beautiful home. We had fun watching movies together and stayed cool playing in the pool. There is plenty of room to park our toys we took for the lake.

Great stay for a quick Havasu Trip

Clean, comfortable stay for our family. From check in to check out, everything was great. Great communication with our host madder things super easy. Quiet neighborhood, pool, and the house gave us a great place to call home while enjoying all Havasu has to offer.
