Location, location, location...Lake view and lake access directly across the street! The Royal House is a charming "northern Michigan" experience; a good clean cottage located next to a park with softball, basketball, tennis, pickle ball, playground and two pavilions. Lake access is across the street and swimming beach is just a 2 minute walk with volley ball and playground. Indoor and outdoor pools for any weather. 3 great golf courses top this great vacation community! Fireplace inside and a firepit outside on the huge entertainment deck. 2 kayaks and a kayak dolly, games and high speed wifi is included. A dedicated "Dog Park" is located just up the street. Screened in porch tops off this great place...Many choices for fun and food...Antlers Fireside restaurant, The Royal Grill, CL Pizza, Vibz Pizza, and more are all within walking distance or 2-5 minutes by vehicle. Our stay at the Royal house was comfortable and cozy. The location was perfect and everything we needed was available. The stores and gas station were close by.

My family and I usually stick to one location for our summer week vacation and this year decided to switch it up and we were NOT disappointed! The location is nice, surrounded by neighbors yet with the feeling of being in nature and in the woods. Great clean beaches all around. The cabin was beautiful, the host was amazing, and our vacation was phenomenal. Will definitely be visiting again next summer.

Cute cabin with all the right stuff

Cabin was great for our little family. We loved the proximity to the beach and the spacious grounds and fire pit. Owner was very pleasant and helpful.

Cozy Bungalow Cottage

Beautiful interior decorations theme of a beach house well done! Good WiFi and tech tvs. Were nice lots of space. Parking was easy location in front of a park was so cool for my 12 year old boy. Dog friendly dog park near by and nice sandy beach!

Great porch!

We loved this cozy cabin in Canadian Lakes! Great porch with a fire ring and comfy chairs. We liked the location across from the lake and close to the park! We would definitely stay again!

The cabin is just what you would want your "up north" vacation to be. It's clean, the beds are comfy. The host, Frank communicates well. The beach is very nice. We never really could figure out how to regulate the indoor shower.The outdoor shower is perfect for getting all the sand off you before heading into the house.The indoor pool is closed on Tuesdays.Had a great time!!I recommend!

Cozy little house in a great location. Loved the front deck! It was just a short walk to the beach and the outside shower was very inviting! 😉 Close to the store and restaurants too!

Great place to go and relax

The place was exactly as we expected. We had an enjoyable relaxing time. The outdoor shower was awesome and the kids enjoyed it as well. Overall great place to stay when a relaxing get away and good family time is desired. It was also easy to get on the golf courses with the guest passes that were provided.

Great Getaway

We sadly had to cut our trip in half but we loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer! Frank was so wonderful and incredibly responsive. Best host we have ever had and made sure we were comfortable and had a good time!

Location is amazing

We stayed here for a quick golf getaway. There are a ton of close by amenities that we didn’t have time to take advantage of (dog park, pickleball courts, lake access, etc.) but the location is perfect for Tullymore/St. Ives golfing. It’s a cute house and the host was great to work with. Five star experience!

Keep comin' back!

Very nice cottage, clean, spacious, quiet neighborhood. Golf 2 minutes away; great restaurants 5 minutes away. Beach is a 3 minute walk! Frank is easy to get in contact with andchandles all communication with grace.

Cozy, great location

The place is ideally located for our kids who enjoyed taking the kayaks out every day and going to the nearby beach, pickleball courts and playground. We all felt comfortable and at home in the cozy cabin, and there was plenty of space for our family of five. The coloring books and crayons were a thoughtful addition. Frank was readily available to help with a big smile and positive attitude. Our stay was perfect, and we look forward to renting the "royal house" again next time we are in town.

Perfect

This was the perfect stay for my husband and I. House met our needs. We had other local plans so were not able to enjoy all that there was to experience but there was so much that we could have done! Check in process went smoothly. We had no issues. If we find ourselves in Candian Lakes again, this is a place I'd like to stay.
