Perfect place to stay

Very clean, everything you could want in a place to stay. We worked nights and the curtains were awesome. Blocked out all of the sun.

Excellent vacation getaway home

The property was meticulous and very quiet. The beds were extremely comfortable and Skylar was so accommodating when we called for assistance. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

Great Home

This was a beautiful home and was the perfect one for our family to stay in. It was great that it had a pack n play for our infant daughter so we didn't have to load one. The toys that our toddler daughter could place with was also a nice touch.

Perfect location

I had a great experience with this property! I lived in Sanford for a few years a while back and this was the perfect location to visit and do all the things I wanted to in town. Skylar was the best host I could hope for. Extremely accommodating & he made the whole process very easy. He resolved issues within minutes. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the area! Thank you for a wonderful experience, allowing me to relive my Sanford days.

Christmas in Sanford, NC

My husband & I along with our mini goldendoodle celebrated Christmas at this lovely home. Skylar & Olivia are wonderful hosts. We arrived to a full sized decorated Christmas tree and everything was absolutely perfect. It’s spotless, cozy and very convenient to shopping and grocery stores. We prepared Christmas dinner for family of 9 and the kitchen is huge and has everything you need for entertaining. There are sidewalks for walking and our dog loved exploring. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt totally safe to walk our dog after dark. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect golf getaway

We had a great stay at Skylar's place during a short golf trip to the area. We selected this home for its proximity to a number of courses, namely Tobacco Road, Quail Ridge, and the Sanford municipal golf course. The first two were an easy 15 minutes away, and the (very fun, very underrated) muni was no more than a 5 minute drive. Walking into town was a breeze, maybe 10-15 minutes to ice cream, bars, shopping, and dining. The neighborhood felt safe and the house was perfectly clean. The beds were comfortable and each of the 3 rooms quite well furnished. The one full bathroom is in the hallway upstairs, not an en suite, which was actually helpful for shower rotations for a golf trip. Skylar was easy to communicate with, made great suggestions for the area, and kept the check-in/out process simple. We'll absolutely stay again if we're back in the area for another golf trip!

Great Location close to downtown and Medical Center

My wife and pups stayed here during my locums coverage at the local hospital. Took about 5 min to get there. Very clean and rustic with hardwood floors. Beds decent, but all full size and no queens. May want to bring some additional bedding if you like a good comforter. Kitchen clean and spacious with all the basic amenities. If you plan to do any serious cooking, then bring your own deep pots, as only a few frying pans available. Plenty of Tupperware however. No decent wine opener either. Wifi excellent and good for gaming. TV is smart, or bring your own apple tv or firestick. Bathrooms good and shower decent. Deck is spacious and cushions are included in a protected bin. Overall one of the best small town STRs you will find. Highly recommend. Hosts were very accommodating.

A clean and comfortable home close to downtown Sanford

Skylar was amazing to work with and make our stay wonderful. The house is clean and the furnishings very comfortable . The neighborhood was good for walking our dogs. The fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies and K-Cups were an added bonus.
