Overall property served our family needs. The river was perfect for kids and adults. carpet, major tripping hazards upstairs and on the stairs. Almost fell several times tripping on bumps in carpet, needs restretched or taken out for safety. Chairs in kitchen all are wobbly and becoming unsafe, need fixed or replaced. Loved the no-WiFi, spent time playing games and outdoors.

Our family recently had a very enjoyable stay at the Crescent Lake Cabin. Annette was a joy to work with! She was prompt in her replies to our numerous questions and accommodating when we needed to adjust our plans. The cabin is extremely well equipped with a large refrigerator, oven, microwave and BBQ. We really enjoyed the patio area for mealtimes or just hanging out watching Crescent Creek. There is plenty of parking with a circle driveway, so it was easy to get our ski boat in and out each day. Situated near Hwy 58 it was an easy drive to the store at Crescent Junction or to Crescent Lake. The cabin is a short walk down to Crescent Creek. At the creek there is a small platform that fits 4 chairs easily. We utilized this awesome spot for coffee in the morning and having cocktails in the afternoon sun. Crescent Lake Cabin was a hit!

Relaxing spot for families

Plenty of space for our party of nine. Enjoyed outdoor area, swing, and tubing down the shallow river. Kitchen was well equipped. Easy proximity to Simax beach on Crescent Lake, and Salt Creek Falls.

Perfect Lake Launchpad

To celebrate the June birthdays in our family, we rented Annette's cabin as a launchpad for lake visits to both Crater and Crescent. It was easily accessible off Hwy 58, but felt like camping in the woods with a creek right out the door and a fire pit for marshmallow roasting. The kitchen was stocked with lots of dishes to enjoy home cooked meals and the family room with lots of games and movies for evening entertainment. Young and old all had a great time! Including Bawb the Poodle :-)

Veal Family Vacation

This is the second year we have stayed in this lovely house. It really is fully equipped. Room for everyone to sit together for meals. The patio and fire pit are our favourites.The host is delightful, easy to deal with and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. From my family to yours you won’t regret a minute you stay there

Property is in nice location. We had a good stay, unfortunately it was at the first real heat for area along with a bad mosquito hatch. The house was comfortable. The only issue was an ant issue that owner was notified about and quickly took to resolving and crediting back our fee for days not used.

I'm ready to go back

I gave this property a 5 star, even though the cleanliness could have been a lot better, because everything else was so amazing I didn't even care. We are all so OCD we all had our own bedding... lol. We never used the living room, we spent all our time at the large wood slab kitchen table or outside around the amazing fire pit on a huge concrete patio (I'm making one of those at my house now). There's a small but totally great private dock right on the river. Unfortunately I didn't know until the day we were leaving, so I was bummed that I didn't utilize it... but again, that fire pit area... I could live there. There is no wifi and cell signal is spotty at best, which there were a lot of complaints when we first got there, but by the end, there were no more complaints about it. Having no phone distractions is rare and should be welcomed by all that are going to spend time with family and/or friends... you need to be in the moment and present for that!!!! This trip was a girls getaway before my daughter gets married... I have 3 grown daughters and was able to spend unforgettable time with them and our friends. Would highly recommend this house. We do intend to make this a yearly event for us. Life is short, make it count!!!

Crescent Creek stay

Worked well for our group of 8. Kitchen gathering area was a bit smaller than I anticipated with the main living space on the 2nd floor. Overall we very much enjoyed the facility and the creek as always was amazing and on the property. Great space out front for yard games, etc.

Crescent Creek Family Fun!

We had our adult children (who grew up at our cabin on Crescent Creek) and their famlies for a small family weekend! It was smoky because of the forest fires, but we still enjoyed the creek and Elk Lake. Our granddaughter loved the outdoor swing too. This cabin isn't fancy but it was comfortable for all of us. Plenty of beds for everyone and 3 bathrooms. Small kitchen and diining area but it all worked out OK!

Family memories

The house was perfect. The pictures don’t do it justice. We took a small pool for the little ones which was perfect for stay at home relax days. Lots of things for kids to do without bring lots of toys. The bedrooms were plenty big even with all the beds. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The fire pit was awesome. We had a great time and will be back. Thanks for sharing you wonderful home with us.

Beautiful Vacation

The property was gorgeous and as listed! We celebrated a graduation and it was exactly what we wanted! The rooms included everything we needed for our stay and we enjoyed walking down to the creek!

Great spot for exploring the Diamond Peak Wilderness Area

We had a great time in this cabin on Crescent Creek. The many beds and multiple bathrooms were perfect for our group, and the fully outfitted kitchen was a real plus. We spent a lot of time in the chairs on the front porch and around the fire pit. A great getaway close to Odell Lake and the Crescent Lake Junction, where one can make a quick grocery run if needed.

Dark, wild, and wonderful

Being stargazing enthusiasts, our group absolutely loved the extremely dark skies. This cabin was in a wonderful part of Oregon, both close enough for nice day road trips to hiking, waterfalls, and parks, but also far enough away from society that we felt secluded and able to withdraw from the pressures of modern life. There is no Wi-Fi, and cell service to an extent. Only one member of our group had service everywhere on the property, under AT&T (though not all AT&T members had service). Near windows, and up at the top of the driveway, most of us were at least able to make and receive texts. The property was large, and the creek was nice to stand by. The house itself was nice, and we loved using the wood stove for heat, boiling water for tea and coffee, and making S'mores. Overall, the house and experience were wonderful. Plenty of kitchenware, towels, toilet paper, bedding, storage space, and select items in cupboards and fridge for using at meals. Loved the experience and would definitely come back for another stay.

Odel fishing trip

Relaxing Vacation

Cabin was nice with lots of room and stocked with everything you might need. Beautiful location on the creek. Spent a lot of time on the covered porch just enjoying the view. We definitely want to go back again soon.
