Amazing Grace at The Palms is probably the most loved condo you'll ever visit. Professionally designed with comfort in mind you are sure to feel right at home from the minute you walk through the door. Our goal is to make you feel at home and we believe the best way to do that is to make you feel comfortable.
Accommodating up to 6 people, The Palms #214 is a two bedroom, 2 bath condo with beautiful furnishings that is directly on the beach! The master bedroom features a Hybrid Serta “top-of-the-line” mattress with plush 100% cotton linens. The master also has a 50” smart tv and a sliding glass door that provides access to the large balcony overlooking the serene emerald green waters of the Gulf Coast. Additionally, the guest bedroom features 2 brand new queen size mattresses, that are made right here in Alabama, with comfy linens and bedding. Enjoy the condo amenities such as a fully-equipped kitchen, granite countertops, 55” smart tv in the living room, custom black-out draperies, private balcony and free protected WiFi.
The Palms Condominiums is a *SMOKE FREE* property which features first class accommodations and pristine amenities that will make you crave your vacation year-after-year; beach front swimming pool, heated indoor pool, exercise room, sauna, illuminated private tennis courts, beach access bathrooms and boardwalk rinse stations. It is definitely the place to pose for lots of pictures and make beautiful memories! Welcome home!

From the moment we walk in the door, it felt like home. Very beautiful view, very clean, and very cozy. Just like it was described. The location was excellent. Do yourself a favor and take the short drive to Flora-Bama. We had a blast there and stayed all day listening to great music. Our 5 day stay at the condo was perfect from start to finish. We will be back!

If I had a complaint I would say even though we are not "handicaped", we are old, and have problems standing in the tub on one foot while washing the other. I suggest a very inexpensive tub bar to hang on while showering. Maybe even a small teak seat to sit down while showering. A 100 max is my guess.We are packing, and will be gone by 10 AM.

Fantastic Spring Break Baseball Trip

This is my favorite place we have ever stayed as a family! The condo was big and spacious, very clean and so convenient to everything. Brittany was a pleasure to work with and we definitely be back!! Looking forward to July!

Amazing Stay!!

The Amazing Grace property was beautiful! Perfect vacation spot with a great view of the ocean! Loved how there was constant security throughout the building. Everyone was pleasant. Ms. Brittany was so kind and was always ready to assist us if we needed any help or questions with our stay. We definitely will be back!

Everything was fabulous. Condo and resort property were both clean. Large balcony had an amazing view. I sat out early in mornings and watched dolphins. Very relaxing and comfortable accommodations.

We stay at The Palms every year for Thanksgiving week. Amazing Grace is one of the nicest units we have stayed in. It is up to date and very nice. We will be staying at Amazing Grace again for future stays!

Amazing Grace is a beautiful condo, had a great vacation week, everything we needed was there. Great location, loved the 2nd floor view, and so close to the elevator was an added bonus. Great mattress! The Hist was super responsive and messaged as us soon as the unit was available so we could early check in! Will definitely be a repeat customer!

Relaxing family getaway

Amazing Grace was the perfect choice for our getaway. We were in town for a wedding. A few family members and I spent a couple of days relaxing on the white sand beach. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The location is great for shopping and eating out. We really enjoyed our stay at the Palms. Our room was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The condo floor plan is well laid out and comfortable. The mattresses were very comfortable. The tv’s needed instructions, but owners were very helpful.

Perfect!

This condo was perfect! Very clean & well equipped. I planned this quick weekend getaway with a few of my bffs of 30yrs and we had a blast. The weather wasn’t great but it didn’t hinder our fun. Perfect location right on the beach, 2nd floor right across from the elevator. I frequent OB a lot & this is one of the nicest condos I’ve stayed in. Brittany was incredible, texting me back very quickly with any questions I had. I highly recommend!!

Aesthetically pleasing!

I have stayed in many condos on the Emerald Coast over the years. This unit has it all. It’s well appointed, location is great and Brittany responded quickly to my questions. It has a great location and everything went smoothly. I have stayed at the Palm’s before, but this was the best ever and the price for the season was excellent. I highly recommend!

We had a great time!

Not our first stay at The Palms, but the first time in this unit. We found the property to be exactly as described. The condo was pretty, clean, and comfortable. Very conveniently located across from the elevator and the trash disposal bin. Our family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out and relax while enjoying our stay. Great experience overall. Would definitely stay again.
