The room was clean but you need to get the exterminator to do a better job because we did see a roach! The sinks in both bathrooms need to be repaired because you can’t stop them to hold water. There needs to be more lighting and needs to be a blanket in the room where the couch is. The microwave needs to be replaced. Beach view was great.

Great location with a couple flaws

Seaside is a great location with lots to offer its guests. One compliant I had is there is absolutely no shade at either out door pool til about 3 in the afternoon, us having a 17 month old that was an issue. The beach access and location was great! The condo was beautiful and clean. The only down fall to the condo was the choice of curtains to cover the sliding glass door, if your someone like me you’ll be up at 5:30 every morning due to the brightness. And the pool light also radiates into the master bedroom all night. Other than that we loved our trip and would consider booking here again.

October 2024 Stay

The condo was in good shape, the furniture was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable and the condo smelled nice and fresh when we walked in. Loved the size of the balcony, the view and great rocking chairs. We had a nice time and having a worry free place to stay makes the trip even bettor.

Fall Get-Away

This was our 3rd trip to the Orange Beach area and the 3rd place that we have stayed in. Location is great. Accommodations at Seaside were good. Proximity to things around us and time of the year made it easy to get out and enjoy restaurants and stores. I wasn't a big fan of the bed in the master suite but the couch slept well. The management team was awesome with their communication prior to, during and after our stay.

Perfect place for a getaway

Everything was perfect from checking in to checking out. Everything needed was there, all we needed was food to take. The furniture and decor made our stay feel like home away from home. The beds were super comfortable and the view was wow!! We loved everything about it and will definitely be booking again for this condo each year!! We have found our little piece of heaven❀Thank you for making this trip memorable! I just can’t say enough about it! It’s a get location for everything!

Love it!!

Stayed with family. The place was nice. Balcony was amazing. Hide away bed was super cool and comfortable. The only issue that we had was we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. We didn’t realize that the property would one supply one additional trash bags and no additional rolls of paper towels and toilet paper, so we had to run to the store. I didn’t see this on any of the paperwork either or we could have come prepared.

We where pleasantly surprised.

The property was a great location. Centrally located to all. Beach was great. Room was nice and spacious. If any advice was to be given it would be the curtains. They were hard to open and shut and did not keep the heat from coming in. Other than that it was a great stay and plan on visiting again soon. Thank you for the relaxing time and sharing your place with us.

Great place to be!

Our stay was awesome. We were right on the beach and the indoor pool was our best friend due to the bad weather we had the whole week. We had some complications with our front door and the code reader stopped working but we contacted liquid life and someone was there within 10 minutes to let us in the room and had it fixed the same day! We would 100% stay again.

Amazing Getaway

From the beginning everything was a breeze. The check in process was so quick and easy. Upon arrival at the condo the security guard was helpful in pointing us in the right direction of our actual unit. We brought beach wagon so we were able to load our belonging in those and use the elevator which was very close to get up to our 5th story unit. The whole place was very clean. Perfect views of the gulf from the living room and kitchen and the master bedroom. Both had sliding glass doors so you could open up the curtains and really light up the space. One swimming pool was just beneath us so we had a great view of that as well. We did encounter two issues. The refrigerator/freezer had a hard time stay cold. We put a couple bags of ice into the freezer and they became melty and the two food items we put in there were never frozen solid. We were there 4 nights and by the last day the freezer was finally cold. The other issue was that we had been loading the dishwasher after cooking a couple meals and when it came time to run it, it did not work. In fact the pod was still in it from the time before. That kind of sucked as it was a full load and we had to take them all out and wash by hand. Kitchen was stocked with nice things to cook with. There were some items to get started such as toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap, dish pods etc and as we needed more the dollar general was very close to run and pick up those items. Would definatley go back

Decent

While sleeping the first night the sink fell into the cupboard in the master bedroom called to get it fixed two days later still not fixed. The screen doors were broke so couldn’t leave the doors open to hear the sound of the ocean or get fresh air the property could be very nice but was poorly maintained ended up leaving a day early do to the bathroom not being usable and they didn’t offer any compensation this was my 3rd time in orange beach and the first time staying at this building

Great Location

The room was nice but had smell upon arrival. This small condo was perfect enough for a group 4 or less Too it contained all necessities needed for a home. My room was on 5th floor with no elevator access in my building which cause little complications. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Perfect for our family of four with little kids

The layout was great, kitchen supplies, amenities, super clean. Especially loved the patio/balcony, large enough that when it rained we could still enjoy the warm weather. Beautiful view. Queen bed is definitely comfier but king is good, just more firm. We loved the beach access, pool, and location. Carts to unload things on elevators was convenient. We will be back!

Great Family Vacation

This condo was very well decorated, maintained, and clean. Kitchen, bathrooms, and flooring have been updated. Balcony provides an expansive view of the beach to the West while overlooking one of the pools. Beach access and pools were great. Pantry storage is somewhat limited.

True to the listing

The condo was great. as was the overall property. We were very pleased with our entire stay. This condo has the very best swivel rockers on the balcony. The balcony is the most important thing to me in a rental and this one was fabulous. We would recommend it to friends and would stay again.

LOVELY CONDO

The condo was fantastic! Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. The only issues I found are completely miniscule but also very easily fixed. 1. The dresser in the one bedroom with the queen size bed was incredibly hard to open and did not leave a whole lot of space to unpack our things and 2. The rugs in the condo were very dirty and needed to be either cleaned or replaced. Again, very minor issues. Overall, everything was perfect! Everything we needed was provided and the view of the ocean was amazing! The security team was top notch and friendly. My family and I are already planning on booking this condo again for next year!
