Cozy 2 bedroom in Lead Hill by Bull Shoals Lake

Looking for an unforgettable cozy spot to make memories with your friends or family? Come check out the old laundry mat of Lead Hill.
I have turned this old town gem from the early 70’s into a beautiful and affordable space for all ages to enjoy.
This 2 bedroom/2 bath can sleep a family or group of 6 comfortably with a futon in the mud room and an optional queen size air mattress provided.
As far as venturing out, the options are endless. You can see an accessible part of Bull Shoals Lake for kayaking from the driveway. You can go golfing at Diamond Hills located in Diamond City just a few miles north and just past the golf course is the Bulls Shoals Lake where you can swim, fish, boat, kayak or just play. There is plenty of room in the yard to bring your boat and/or jet skis to enjoy on the lake.
You can always take it easy and sit outside by the fire or chill inside and watch some Netflix via your hot spot.
If shopping is more your style then it’s just a short drive to Branson Missouri where there is the Branson Landing and Silver Dollar City.
And if all this isn’t enough, the last and only still running ferry in the state of Arkansas is just minutes away in Peel.
Whatever your plans, this is the place for you and your crew to stay.

It was a perfect stay very quiet and relaxing, sat outside watching sunrise, drinking coffee for over 1.5 hours and never once did a car even drive by! Great place. Texted host and they immediately responded to a question.

We really enjoyed staying in the cozy 2 BR cabin. The layout is perfect, no wasted space. Great place to come back to after a day of riding, Had everything you need. The host is very helpful. There is a dollar general right down the street if you forget something,

Peaceful Getaway

Everything you would need included. Clean and delightfully decorated. Private location but within minutes of gas and basic supplies and groceries (Dollar General). Has a Yellville, Arkansas address because it is in Marion County but is actually close to Lead Hill, Arkansas. Lake and Golf within a 10 minute drive.

The perfect spot...

Really liked the place and the location. far enough from the city for no light pollution and close-ish for food options. SUPER clean and well set up for 3 guys on a motorcycle rids in the Ozarks! Thank you for your hospitality and beautiful home.

July 4th family reunion

The house was outstanding, and was perfect for our family of 4. We really enjoyed the large patio outside the front door. We had a small issue with the shower and Kris had it taken care of immediately, very responsive owner.

Awesome 2 bedroom cottage

The cottage was very easy to get to and Close to the lake. It was very clean inside and out, it was like we were the first ones to stay there. Comfortable beds and everything we needed to make our stay great. Kris the owner made the check in process very easy. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Kris

Perfect

Pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s adorable. Owner filled the fridge with various drinks before we arrived. This place worked out perfectly for us we would rent it again. Owner communicated with us quickly to get in. Owner had a small Notebook of rules and tips for the stay which is always helpful.
