This was our 3rd time staying here. We like that the location is convenient for visiting our Bama student. The house has nice amenities including a stocked kitchen. This stay, my husband and I worked remotely it and turned out great. I'm sure we'll be back.

Almost 70yrs. old & 1st time Air B&B experience. I would definitely come & stay again next family event. Everything you need or forgot, they have. It was peaceful, clean & quaint. Great experience!!

Wedding Trip

We came up for a wedding. This was the perfect location for the rehearsal dinner at the Indian Hills country club and the reception near Church of the Highlands. The house is well stocked, and the side patio is a great place to hang out.

This house was perfect for us. The listing is accurate. Good neighborhood, not far from campus. House was very clean. The bath towels were high quality. Beds were comfortable. Easy and fast communication with the host. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home away from home

We had such a great stay. It’s a quiet and safe neighborhood. The house was so clean and well stocked! Christopher was so great to communicate with us. We would most definitely stay here again and recommend it as an awesome place to stay!

Definitely a delight

Great place. Close to all we were doing, but not busy. Near food options and a grocery store. Easy directions for check in, check out and all electronics. Fenced yard and patio were a bonus. Host was very helpful and responsive.

Clean, Cared for, Comfortable and Convenient

We enjoyed our stay at Dixieland Delight. It was very clean and very well equipped as well as spacious and conveniently located near shopping and ten minutes to the campus. The yard was perfect for our dogs and the home made us feel very comfortable. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio. Our communication with the host was outstanding. We will stay here again

Great For Family Gatherings

This is a great property! We stayed here with family while visiting other family in Tuscaloosa for Christmas. It was very comfortable, well-equipped, and a good location. We had good communication with the property owner. Check-in and check-out were very simple. Being from the North, we enjoyed the Alabama weather in the mornings while sipping coffee at the outdoor table and listening to the birds sing. We highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the Tuscaloosa area!

Christmas Stay

The house was nice. The kitchen was not well equipped if you are some that does a lot of cooking. Found several dishes in the cabinets that were not clean. The only baking sheet had to be scrubbed to remove pieces of food. There were plenty of towels and the beds had good mattresses.

Perfect for Game Day!

The house was adorable and was in the perfect location for us! Close enough that it was just a short ride (or uber!) to get the stadium, but far enough away that were not affected by all of the roads they close for the game :) The town is so fun and this neighborhood was perfect for fans who want to enjoy the game, without being in the middle of all of the college kids. We came for the home opener, and to celebrate my finance's birthday. We would definitely stay here again when we come back for another game! Roll Tide!!

Family wedding gathering

Six of us met, coming from 4 different states. We all arrived and departed at different times but the key set-up was extremely convenient for accommodating our different schedules. Every question we asked Christopher (the owner) was answered quickly and completely and he was able to allow some flexibility with our checkin and checkout times. The house was ready to go and had everything we needed. There were extra toiletries available so no problem with running out. We were able to use the patio for daytime dining and the weather totally cooperated. There is room for 2 cars to park in the driveway. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and was centrally located so we were able to get everywhere easily. The layout accommodated visiting with additional family members who were staying at other locations. It worked out perfectly for all of us.

Perfect space for 5 adults and more. Comfortable beds and furniture. Perfect location for anything in Tuscaloosa. We will definitely use this place again for any trip we make to T-Town!
