This home is perfect if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the public beach and relax on the PRIVATE beach (No large condos nearby and no public beach access points near the home - spread out and enjoy tons of sand and water to yourself). Only 2-5 miles from a few restaurants (Tacky Jacks, Sassy Bass Amazin' Grill, and Beach Club) and Sassy Bass Market (mini grocery/convenience store), and 17 miles from the larger grocery store, Walmart, many restaurants, tons of shops, attractions, and more! Awesome location to watch the dolphins swim and play out the windows or from the beach. Tons of wildlife to see: sting rays, sharks, pelicans, schools of fish, cranes, herons, crabs, lizards, and don't forget the protected and federally endangered beach mouse!, ect!

Main level (up a flight of stairs) features a large, open kitchen and great room with huge windows/patio doors w/ incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico and the private beach. French patio door from the great room that step out onto the large balcony. Great Room/Kitchen area has a large granite island with 6 seats, a ginormous kitchen table with 12 seats, 2 comfy couches and 3 comfy chairs. One couch is also a Queen sleeper. Plenty of room for the whole family to gather!
Main level also features a primary bedroom that has huge windows with gorgeous views of the gulf and a patio door that leads to the balcony. Primary bedroom also has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Ensuite bathroom has a large tub, tiled shower, double vanity, and full-size stackable washer and dryer for your laundry needs. Additionally on the main level, you will find 2 more bedrooms with king beds and a second full bathroom with a large tile shower. 

Great room, primary bedroom, and gulf-side king room all feature hurricane shutters that close with the flip of a switch providing privacy and the ability to block the sun while you rest.

Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tile shower. The first bedroom features a bunk bed that has a king-sized bed with a twin xl above and a twin trundle. The second bedroom features 2 sets of clubhouse bunks - every kids dream come true to sleep in a clubhouse! (4 twin beds). 

Garage level features a rec area with ping pong, Pop-A-Shot (Basketball game), Cornhole/Bags, outdoor chairs, a picnic table, a heated outdoor shower (located as you come in from the private beach), and a full bathroom with shower stall, toilet, and sink. Beach wagon, Sun Ninja beach tent, sand toys, and beach chairs also provided. Room to park 2 vehicles in the garage area under the home (covered parking). Plenty of driveway parking room as well.

New (Wi-Fi) Smart TVs in every bedroom and one in the great room! YouTube TV with 4K Plus (allows unlimited streams on the network). You can also login to your preferred apps and watch your streaming subscriptions. An array of family-style games provided.

Stocked kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. An additional beverage fridge for all your beach drinks, and an additional full-sized fridge/freezer on garage level at bottom of main stairway. Large charcoal grill provided. And our BIGGEST selling feature: an unlimited saltwater source ;) 

Professionally cleaned before each stay. Cleaner provides linens, bath towels, and starter pack that usually lasts the first night of stay or longer depending on group size of essentials (ie toilet paper, paper towel, soap, garbage bags, etc). Please bring your own beach towels and loads of sunscreen, and plan to visit the store to refresh after starter pack is used.

Outdoor security cameras with video/audio recording are in use to protect the safety of the property. On the driveway side: doorbell camera aimed at front steps, and 1 camera aimed at driveway/front steps. On east side: 1 aimed at A/C unit. On west side: 1 aimed at A/C unit. On gulf-side of home: 1 aimed at stairs coming up to balcony/west side of balcony and 1 aimed at the gulf/path to home to prevent trespassing. In carport: 1 aimed at door going into home in case of break-in. Absolutely NO cameras used on interior of the home.

Must be 25 or older to book.

Trip Insurance is recommended!!! Especially during hurricane season. In the case of a hurricane, there will ONLY be refunds in case of mandatory evacuation order.
