Peaceful Beach Front House ~ 4 chambres en bord de mer avec balcon ~ salle de jeux!

Un souvenir durable à Karson Kastle est l'une des meilleures maisons de plage que vous trouverez en raison du plan d'étage ouvert, du cadre paisible et de toutes les chambres donnant sur la plage avec de grandes fenêtres et des balcons!

La nouvelle salle de jeux sous la maison comprend un trou à maïs, une table de billard, une télévision extérieure, des sièges confortables et un hamac!

Nous fournissons au moins 4 chaises de plage et 2 chaises longues pour la plage!

La cuisine, la salle à manger et la grande salle offrent des vues exceptionnelles avec un plan d'étage très ouvert. Il a l'un des meilleurs réglages en raison de l'emplacement. Le lot à gauche n'a pas encore de maison. Les maisons de l'autre côté de la rue sont situées sur un grand lagon situé à environ 100 mètres et sur de grands terrains.

14 couchages, 4 chambres à coucher avec lit king-size, lits superposés dans le loft (2 reines), 1 matelas pneumatique, car les canapés du salon sont inclinables et non un canapé-lit

Il est situé à seulement 1,6 km de Lagoon Pass, le côté paisible de Gulf Shores! Les condominiums les plus proches sont à 1 mille. C'est à seulement 7 minutes du Hang-Out et de toute l'action de Gulf Shores. Comme l'un de nos invités répétitifs le décrit, vous penseriez que vous êtes sur votre propre île privée!

La plupart des meubles sont neufs, y compris de nouvelles chaises de patio hautes, des téléviseurs 40 pouces dans les chambres à coucher, un téléviseur 60 pouces dans le salon!

Bodenhamer Center est à environ 15 minutes! Il propose une salle de sport, un terrain de basket-ball intérieur, une piscine intérieure et des jeux. Les frais ne sont que 10 $ par jour et par personne.

Wonderful beach views; clean rooms; kitchen is fairly well equipped-not quite a gourmet kitchen, though; (however, kitchen could use a bit of organization so it would be easier to find things, plus we sure wished there was a pantry-or shelving in laundry room); lots of seating space in living room; love the game room downstairs; primary bedroom is spacious; upstairs kind beds were comfy; host was very responsive to questions; great place to spend a vacation with family and/or friends.

Loved being right on the beach, sea shells galore and dolphins. This home was perfect for our family, with 4 and half baths, nobody had the wait. Layout was great and very comfortable.. kitchen amenities were pretty good. Even the patio didnt miss abeat with pool table, tv and games. Very clean, and beds nobody had any complaints. Totally would stay again.

We spent our family vacation in Gulf Shores at this beautiful house. It was close enough to take walks to the downtown of Gulf Shores. Our family enjoyed all of the amenities the vacation home had to offer. The outside tv, pool table and vast selection of beach equipment was nice to have available for our family. Mark and Debbie were easy to reach and very helpful. I would definitely plan another family trip at this location.

Since 2020, we’ve been steadily upgrading the interior of our beach house—each January bringing new improvements. In 2023, we completed the exterior with fresh windows and siding, making it feel brand new. And tucked underneath the house, the game room adds a fun bonus for families and friends to enjoy. We’ve even been told there’s a shipwreck just offshore that offers excellent fishing—one more reason to love this special place!

The past 23 years have been an incredible blessing. What began with three cabins in the Smoky Mountains has grown into a thriving vacation rental business—all thanks to our amazing guests. We never imagined we’d one day own a beach house rental, and it’s only possible because of you.
