Rest and relax with a stylish experience at this townhouse located 5 minutes from Boise State and Downtown Boise!
Newly decorated townhouse located on a quiet street. This townhouse includes everything you will need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The townhouse has one large bedroom and two additional bedrooms all furnished with California king beds. All three bedrooms include walk in closet, private bathroom, and smart TVs. There is a large living room to relax in and an open kitchen with large island that makes it easy for entertaining. The kitchen has everything you need to meet your needs including a Keurig coffee maker.

There is an open backyard with patio furniture (seasonal) and a bbq.

The property is a quick drive (Not within walking distance) to the following:
- Bogus Basin Ski Mountain & Resort- 18 miles (35 minutes)

Fantastic !!! We would stay again. All the amenities/extras were perfect and very comfortable. Held our family well. Great location for a visit to bsu or your student who lives near by. The beds were comfy and the house is so spacious! The owner was super responsive to questions! Thanks for letting us stay in your home!! 5 stars!

GREAT accommodations. VERY clean and well stocked.LOADS of towels. Each of the 3 bedrooms have a full connected bath plus a half bath downstairs. VERY large for a rental property. Host was very receptive when we discovered we had left some medicine upon leaving and quickly answered my phone request to allow us access to property after check out time. I hope to stay at this rental again when visiting Boise.

The house is clean, pretty and very well appointed. The kitchen has everything you might need. The beds are very comfortable. The neighborhood looks a little problematic, but we didn’t have any problems.

We stayed her for our sons wedding. This is the best rental we have ever stayed at. Well stocked, clean and loved having a bathroom for every bedroom. Works great with three generations of adults. Code access was great as people were coming and going at all times. We had easy parking. The one callout I would state is that the street has very little parking. This was a challenge when we had a friend stop by to help with wedding activities.

This home was exactly as described, very clean and stocked well with the necessities. Its location is very close to downtown, however, the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We will definitely be back.

The property was great, and the layout is ideal for our family to give space for each couple. It is just as pictured, very clean, and they even supply coffee. However, the only downside is the street with a trailer park and home next door that are not well maintained.

Perfect Space and Location

I traveled to Boise with my brother, SIL, and parents. This house was not only beautiful, but comfortable as heck! King beds and bathrooms in each room was ideal for a group of adults. Plus, the location is close to everything - about 5-10 minutes to BSU, downtown, and the airport. The check in and check out were great, host was very communicative and helpful, the wifi was strong, the decor was beautiful. And, definitely try Zeppole cafe when you stay here (and order the banana bread), its really close to the house. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Boise. Thanks for everything!!

This house was perfect for our friend’s weekend. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the common areas were great hangout spots. Highly recommend.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family. The fact that we all had our own bathroom was a HUGE bonus! The common area was perfect for us as we had lots of other friends and family members stop by to say hi.

Experience was fine

The house was beautiful but it was in a rundown neighborhood. Second floor also smelled like a smoker lived there at some point. Owner was kind and easy to communicate with.

Great place to stay in Boise

We were in town for the City of Trees Marathon and we really enjoyed our stay at this property. A lot of amenities and it was very clean. The king size beds were comfortable and having a bathroom attached to each bedroom was just what we were looking for. Communication with the host was excellent and we would definitely stay here again if we find our way back to Boise.

Separate AC per bedroom was great. Options of bath and shower worked great. WiFi worked very fast. TVs, especially in the living room, were very very very slow. Every room was very clean! Checking in and checking out were easy.

Beautiful Accommodations

Communications with Candy were very direct and professional. The home was perfect for the 4 of us in town for a relatives wedding. The beds were very comfortable with quality linens. With 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths everyone was well attended. The kitchen had very good utensils, cookware, and place settings. The location made it easy to get around in Boise and just minutes from downtown and shopping. We enjoyed our stay very much and when we return hope to enjoy this place again.
