We had a great experience at this 2-bedroom townhouse. The space was just right for our group - comfortable, clean, and decorated so beautifully. The layout was perfect, with each bedroom offering good privacy. The kitchen had all of the essentials for making meals at home. We came in for UCA’s graduation and the location of the property was conveniently placed close to several places that were on the weekend’s agenda. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable home base!

We stayed at Tucker Creek Casa during Christmas. The host was super accommodating and even decorated the place for the holidays, which made it feel extra festive and welcoming. The house was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was easy, and they made sure we had a smooth check-in and a great stay.

Comfortable Two Bedroom Townhouse

This house is comfortable, the air conditioning works well and the kitchen is adequately equipped. The owner was attentive and maintained contact with us. Inside furniture is in good condition. Water pressure is good. The house is on a very quiet street so there is no traffic noise but the trains can annoying.

A Lovely Visit

We visited my daughter, a freshman at Hendrix for Easter weekend. This was the perfect home away from home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to relax and spend time together. It was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. Clare was a lovely hostess and very responsive to any questions. We'll be back!

Our stay was at Tucker Creek Casa was nothing short of SPECTACULAR!!!!! This was our first experience using Vrbo and it was amazing!!!We will DEFINITELY stay again if it available!!!!Our hosts were very helpful and patient with all of our questions and needs!!!! The house was EXACTLY as described, and sooooooooo CLEAN!!!! It was absolutely PERFECT for our needs!!!! One thing that I particularly loved was the fact our parking was RIGHT outside the front door!!! Staying at a hotel is such a pain to find a close parking space and then hauling everything in, it’s awful!! Not at Tucker Creek Casa!!!! Your vehicle is 15 feet from the front door!! It is amazing!!!! the house has everything you could possibly need!! There was even a little fire pit in the backyard, we built a fire and just hung around one night, talked and enjoyed each other‘s company.Thank you for such a wonderful experience!!Sincerely,One Happy Happy Nana
I wish I would’ve taken a picture of the beautiful deck that is right there next to the fire pit area. We didn’t use it, but there was a grill and all of the equipment to have a cookout if you wanted to.

Comfortable little house

Close to Hendrix College where our son is. Clean and comfortable inside. Had a few plumbing issues in the guest bathroom. Toilet ran and the tub faucet leaked. Front door would only stay shut with dead bolt engaged. Master bedroom and bathroom great and lovely living room and dining area. Kitchen had all the things needed to make meals. Easy check in and out. Would recommend to others after plumbing is fixed.

I've stayed in several short term rentals and often they seem like a home someone is just hanging on to with whatever furniture. This one was nice and clean, the decor was thoughtful and intentional and there were a lot of unexpected niceties, like a basket of throw blankets in the living room for when it got chilly. The bedrooms were nicely put together and the bed was clean and soft with a nice firm mattress. There was a ceiling fan as well as a floor fan. The kitchen had plenty of cookware, silverware, and plates. There was a nice coffee set up. The table could seat 6, which was perfect for us, and the living room had plenty of comfortable seating and side tables to hold a drink glass. There were several electrical outlets in every room for charging and nice lighting that adjusted to anything you might want. The bathrooms had lots of good towels and wash cloths and a jar of razors and wrapped toothbrushes if you forgot one. There was shampoo and conditioner and body wash as well as hand soap in coordinating dispensers. There was parking for 2 cars in the driveway and maybe room for one on the street, but just if it wouldn't be there for more than a couple of hours. We stayed for 2 nights but it was so comfortable and convenient to everything I wouldn't have minded staying longer. The host communicated with me several times prior to my stay which was reassuring. I would highly recommend!

Host was welcoming. Furnishings need update and/or repair. Couch sagged in the middle. Dining room chairs had bolts and washers missing, enough that we could have fallen d/t them being loose and missing. We fixed them so they were as safe as possible. Heat pump was inadequate. It was a snowstorm so we spent a great deal of our stay inside, and were cold a lot! The doorways need weather stripping as we could see light through the frame and door. Shower floor was cracked in the master bedroom. Smart tv’s are not adequate or friendly for older people. It would be nice to have antenna Tv in at least the living room.

Miriam, we are sad to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. Other than needing assistance with the TV, you did not reach out to us to address any concerns. We would have gone above and beyond to assist with these needs especially during the inclement weather had we known that there were issues. In the future, we recommend reaching out to a host immediately for assistance so that they can do their best to help during your stay. Thank you for your feedback. We will be addressing each of these immediately.

Misleading

The property was well cleaned and amenities were accurate, however the photos were not a great representation on the property. We thought the inside would be much bigger and overall the house was just old. The photos make it look fresh and it was not the case. Rotting back porch, stains in ceiling and just dated.

We're sorry to hear that your stay didn't meet expectations. Your feedback comes as a surprise, especially since you didn't mention any issues during your time here. Over the past year, we've experienced some extreme weather, which unfortunately caused a leak in the ceiling and some wear on the porch. We're actively working on repairs in between guest stays. We take pride in accurately representing our property in the photos, and other guests have not raised concerns about misleading descriptions. We do wish you had brought these issues to our attention directly so we could have addressed them during your stay. We’re always eager to ensure our guests have a great experience, and we appreciate your feedback as we continue to improve.

Perfect for what we needed

Stay was excellent. Didn’t realize the home was half of a duplex at booking but we never heard the next door neighbor. We needed a split room plan so that one baby didn’t wake the other during the night so the place was perfect for that. Got there a bit early as the cleaning woman was leaving. She communicated with the property manager and we were able to check in an hour early. Thankful for that ! Relatively easy to make the place toddler friendly and there were toys there for playing with which was great. The neighborhood is a little sketch looking but we had no problems during our stay. Cute college town with plenty to eat and this location was perfect to get anywhere in 10 minutes. Would use again in the future.

Stephen, we are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay! We have been hosting our home for well over a year now. Not once have we received complaints from guests regarding the neighborhood nor have they encountered any problems. In fact, many guests give great feedback on enjoying the location and it's closeness to downtown and other local destinations. We appreciate you sharing your experience to help future guests!
