Our newly remodeled family-friendly home is located 500 ft from the entrance of Tucker Creek Trail where you can enjoy Gatlin Park playground, tennis and basketball courts, kids BMX track, or walk / bike the trail that expands 6.5 miles through the city. The property is a short drive to Conway's popular landmarks including UCA, Hendrix College, Conway High, Downtown, and Conway Regional. This comfortable and relaxed southern home exemplifies all the natural beauty that Arkansas has to offer!

The interior and exterior of our home was intentionally designed and furnished by Two Moon Properties. Thoughtful amenities have been provided in every room!

We stayed at Tucker Creek Casa during Christmas. The host was super accommodating and even decorated the place for the holidays, which made it feel extra festive and welcoming. The house was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was easy, and they made sure we had a smooth check-in and a great stay.

Host was welcoming. Furnishings need update and/or repair. Couch sagged in the middle. Dining room chairs had bolts and washers missing, enough that we could have fallen d/t them being loose and missing. We fixed them so they were as safe as possible. Heat pump was inadequate. It was a snowstorm so we spent a great deal of our stay inside, and were cold a lot! The doorways need weather stripping as we could see light through the frame and door. Shower floor was cracked in the master bedroom. Smart tv’s are not adequate or friendly for older people. It would be nice to have antenna Tv in at least the living room.

Location!

Great location and met our needs. Bathrooms need some maintenance in the showers and the back deck had a couple of holes. Overall, it was a good stay!

Comfortable Two Bedroom Townhouse

This house is comfortable, the air conditioning works well and the kitchen is adequately equipped. The owner was attentive and maintained contact with us. Inside furniture is in good condition. Water pressure is good. The house is on a very quiet street so there is no traffic noise but the trains can annoying.

Baseball weekend

We had our sons baseball tournament for 4 days. Super close to the fields. Very well stocked! Neighborhood is a little scary looking at first but it was so quiet and we had no issues! Would recommend staying here!

A Lovely Visit

We visited my daughter, a freshman at Hendrix for Easter weekend. This was the perfect home away from home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to relax and spend time together. It was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. Clare was a lovely hostess and very responsive to any questions. We'll be back!

Comfortable little house

Close to Hendrix College where our son is. Clean and comfortable inside. Had a few plumbing issues in the guest bathroom. Toilet ran and the tub faucet leaked. Front door would only stay shut with dead bolt engaged. Master bedroom and bathroom great and lovely living room and dining area. Kitchen had all the things needed to make meals. Easy check in and out. Would recommend to others after plumbing is fixed.

Misleading

The property was well cleaned and amenities were accurate, however the photos were not a great representation on the property. We thought the inside would be much bigger and overall the house was just old. The photos make it look fresh and it was not the case. Rotting back porch, stains in ceiling and just dated.

Perfect for what we needed

Stay was excellent. Didn’t realize the home was half of a duplex at booking but we never heard the next door neighbor. We needed a split room plan so that one baby didn’t wake the other during the night so the place was perfect for that. Got there a bit early as the cleaning woman was leaving. She communicated with the property manager and we were able to check in an hour early. Thankful for that ! Relatively easy to make the place toddler friendly and there were toys there for playing with which was great. The neighborhood is a little sketch looking but we had no problems during our stay. Cute college town with plenty to eat and this location was perfect to get anywhere in 10 minutes. Would use again in the future.
