Our Nikki Residence units are loved for their tranquility, natural surroundings, and beautiful beachfront. This is a fantastic place to disconnect from chaos and reconnect with yourself.

This is a renovated and fully-equipped two bedroom oceanfront condo at Nikki Beach Residences, right on beautiful Playa Blanca beach. In the morning see the ocean and hear the waves sipping coffee on your balcony. In the afternoon lounge at one of the poolside cabanas steps from the ocean, and late day enjoy a walk on the beach. On weekends have a cocktail at the swim-up bar or a pool side meal at the Bora Bora restaurant. All in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

The apartment is 120 square meters (~1300 square feet), with a large balcony facing the pools and ocean. The apartment enters into a large living/dining area with open kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher, coffee maker, and microwave. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with two full size beds, and two full baths. New electric hot water heater and washer/dryer. The apartment is nicely decorated and very comfortable. A/C units are brand new, with separate climate zones in each bedroom and the living/dining area. The apartment has two TV sets with ROKU players and free streaming apps. Please bring your Netflix, Amazon, Disney Plus, or Apple TV login credentials for premium streaming. Apartment has fiber optic internet at 30 Mbps per second upload and download.

Free parking on site. Luggage carriers available to bring belongings to the condo. The beach and ocean are directly in front of the resort. There is a large shopping center with a major supermarket, pharmacy, dollar store, appliance/hardware store, etc, five minutes from the resort. You are within walking distance to the Playa Blanca, Riu, and Decameron beach resorts.

Overall our stay was great. The property is quiet and the location does require a car. There was a small problem with the AC but the property management were extremely prompt in replying and resolving the issue. The beach is swimmable but there are strong tides and currents however there is a pool to swim in.

Nice place to relax

Ideal spot to spend time near to the great and long Playa Blanca beach. Perfect if you dont wanna see too many peoples. Great communication with the owner.

Relaxing complex

Nikki beach residence is a lovely quiet complex but you do need transportation to go to restaurants or shopping. Beautiful beach. The unit is spacious for 4 people with good size balcony. The unit it self could use some updating though.

The place was as shown on Vrbo. The only issue was that we were suppose to receive a door code from our host the day prior to checking and we did not have it by the time we checked in, however someone contacted us very quickly and we only waited 10 minutes or so, before the code was sent. So that was a relief. As far as the supplies, the pans and pots could be better, quite old, wrapped and loose handles, and see could have used more forks (there were 3 decent quality ones), teaspoons(there were none) and tablespoons(there were 3), also no face clothes. However there were ample bath towels and hand towels and linens. The room was clean and tidy when we arrived. Beds were comfortable. Resort was very quiet when we were there, and grounds people kept the gardens and pools immaculate.

Relaxing place to vacation

We enjoyed our stay, the place was very well equipped and the host was very responsive and helpful. There is a grocery store nearby and a car rental place. Several restaurants around as well. The grounds are well kept with crew working each day to keep it looking nice. The pool and the beach are great. Not too busy when we went so we had a very relaxing and peaceful stay. The only downsides were that the safe did not work, but the place is well guarded anyway, the couch is not the comfiest and could be upgraded, the master bed is very squeaky when you get in and roll over in the night. Otherwise things were in good shape. The kitchen in well outfitted. We will definitely be back at some point.

There is nothing like staying right on the beach. At Nikki Residence you can splash in the pool and be in the ocean 30 seconds later. Beach cabanas line the area between the pool and ocean. One of the nicest walking beaches on the Pacific side of Panama, surrounded by the major all inclusive resorts, but nestled in your own sea of tranquility.
