House was very clean and excellent kitchen. Couldn’t get national TV stations and to open the door, turn the lock not the handle after entering the code. Price was reasonable.

Disappointed

Didn't receive code to get in. I realized it two hours from Amarillo. I messaged host. Messaged again twice after arriving. We waited an hour before he finally responded. In the meantime we were trying to get assistance from VRBO. We left a list of items that we needed, mainly in the kitchen.

Dirty and unmaintained

When we checked in on Christmas eve. we noticed the floors were not clean and there were holes in the bedroom door. We woke Christmas morning and were going to take showers for our plans that day. No hot water luke warm at best. Contacted Tony and he said he would be out at noon to take a look. We had to go to our Christamas plans without showers. Not sure what Tony did we were not yhere when he arrived and said rhe hot water was working. We arrived that evening and again no hot water. I contact Tony at which time he tells me sorry for the inconvenience thats it. We traveled had no shower and were there 2 days. Then we went to use a dish in the cabinet to find them dirty and no hot water to wash it. Light switches and by door handles are not clean. The remote went into the couch and we were disgusted by the dental pic lk and trash and crumbs in the cushion. We needed a decent place to stay for Christmas and this was not it. It was dirty and unmaintained. I took pictures of all of it. If I can post yhem I will.

Stay was ok

Easy to find. Clear instructions for check in. No paper towels or kitchen towels of any kind, so couldn’t do the dishes we used. Basic needs met.

Looks brand new and beautifully furnished. Comfortable beds. Everything you need for your stay in Amarillo. Quiet neighborhood with quick access to Interstates.

Cigarette smell was awful

Nice cute place but the place reeked of cigarettes. We had to go get air freshener and febreeze just to stay one night. We didn't check in until 10 pm and were exhausted or we would have stayed elsewhere.

Home Away from Home

The property was clean. Inside decor very nice, neccesities: cleaning supplies, kitchen utensils etc. THE BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE!!! NICE NEAT CLEAN HOUSE. WE ENJOYED OUR STAY. Minor problem with clean but quickly attended by host. Thanks for everything.

Clean house overall good

The listing is Misleading when it says it can sleep up to 6 and they charge. You extra for anybody over 2? It does not tell you that in the listing it just says there's extra charge However it does not tell you that the kicks in after 2 people. Communication with owner was great he let us check in a little early and check out late due to weather delays. Overall a good property
