Perfect quiet location. Located in the Lower Bishop Arts Neighborhood, just a few blocks away from one of the largest parks/trails in the area. It's easy to get to other areas of Dallas: Downtown, Uptown, Design District, Trinity Groves, and the Medical District all within 20 mins. 15 mins or less to Deep Ellum, and Fair Park. 30 mins to Arlington where both the Cowboys and Rangers stadiums are. All amenities included and full kitchen. Huge front yard; perfect for pets.

The Neighborhood:

Located in the Lower Bishop Arts neighborhood of Oak Cliff, Dallas, your new home is conveniently located close to many major attractions, restaurants, and entertainment hotspots. You’ll be 25 minutes to DFW International Airport and just 8 minutes from the heart of Downtown Dallas. The shops and restaurants of Bishop Arts are an 7 minute drive. Pay a visit to one of the several museums, including Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Museum of Art, and The Sixth Floor Museum. Other must-see attractions include the JFK Memorial, Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens, Dallas World Aquarium, and Dallas Zoo. You also can’t miss checking out Reunion Tower —it looks especially spectacular at night; a MUST see!!!



Getting Around:

Dart Light Rail lines only half a mile away and many bus routes just minutes away. Wynnewood Village Shopping is just a few blocks away. Also, ride share services such as Uber and Lyft are available as well as a traditional taxi. There is also plenty of driveway/street parking for up to 4 vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 21 years old. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule, and the contract will be immediately terminated.



Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.



Security camera/recording device — exterior of the home/apartment only and records people coming in/out of the listing and safety.



This home is one side of a duplex and has the potential for some noise.



By booking you give permission to verify your identity, and check criminal databases in order to confirm your reservation. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check (for 28+ day stays).

Refund & Processing Fee Policy:

We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to make the refund process as smooth as possible. Please note that all payments processed through the VRBO platform are subject to a standard 3% payment processing fee charged by Stripe. Because this fee is applied to both incoming and refunded transactions, it is non-refundable. This means that in the event of a cancellation or refund (even when the cancellation falls within the eligible refund window), the refunded amount will be the total paid minus the 3% processing fee. We appreciate your understanding, as this helps us keep our business sustainable while continuing to provide high-quality stays for all our guests.



We offer a damage protection option after booking (either a refundable deposit or waiver), which is disclosed in our listing. This is a standard process for our properties and does not replace booking platform protections.

Not Worth It

The home is just like the picture but the owner must have dogs because during our entire stay the house smelled like dogs and gas. Master bathroom had someone else’s hair in it. It’s not worth the price listed. Even after speaking to management, I was only told they were sorry and that they would let their cleaners know. Don’t expect to be compensated for their mistakes!!

First and foremost I want to sincerely apologize for this. We always strive to provide the best service to our guests and especially to those new to the area such as yourself. Our team attempted to contact you to resolve the issue but we did not receive a response back until after you had already checked out of the property. Our housekeeping team is continually improving our cleaning practices for future guests. Again we sorry that we did not meet your expectations and hope you can experience one of our other properties in the future.

Comfortable and VERY CLEAN!

Our thanks for the great surprise when we walked into this updated, stylish and very clean VRBO! I am a picky gal when it comes to sanitary and cleanliness and this hit the mark! Kitchen was immaculate with the best appliances. The king bed, comfortable, loved the sheets and pillows. Entire house was so comfortable! Thank you so much! And our two dogs thank you too!
