Great place

Beautiful place to stay. All the comforts of home. The attention to detail shows in every corner. The place is ocean themed throughout. Right down to the shampoo and conditioner. We will stay there again when we are in town.

Very nice

This is a one bedroom, 2 bath, full kitchen unit. It was spacious and well supplied. There are 2 couches that make into beds. Parking is off street and easy to get in and out of. Everything worked. The host is an unabashed MAGA supporter who is not shy about letting you know.

Great host

Vladimir is as nice a Vrbo host as one could ever. From changing our arrival day and then giving us an earlier arrival time to immediately dealing with a beeping alarm (battery needed changing), he was so flexible and helpful. The apartment is a five minute drive from the center of Modesto and near a big supermarket. Easy parking behind the building. In a residential neighborhood needing some TLC. Good space for two people, with all the necessary kitchen amenities.

A cute rental with an incredible shower!

First the positive: Fabulous shower and bathroom! Bed was a little small but comfortable. Very generous breakfast items and Keurig coffee. The only big criticism was the wifi. There is definitely a wifi network, but I tried the writen password many times and kept getting a message saying "invalid password". Also, my wife and I drink decaf coffee so we brought our own ground coffee, but there was no coffee cone filter for drip coffee. But this unit is well worth the money. Nice parking area in back.

Relaxed!

Great mattress! Slept like a baby. This is a cute little cottage, clean and I love the vibe of the place. I’d stay here again and again. Very quiet, rain shower, aesthetically great mix of old and new and very relaxing environment.

Note

Good morning, just a couple of notes. First, we found the property wonderful. We were down for funeral service, and being able to just relax in comfort was really needed. Secondly, I am one of those people that needs a fan blowing as I sleep. My portable at home was broken. I found a really nice inexpensive one while in town. But, it would not fit in our luggage. I left it in the bedroom closet, for anyone else who may want to use it. If you want to leave it there anyway. It even fits the decor! Thank you!!

Amazing!

Lovely and cozy home! Perfect for our stay. We attended a family wedding and decided to rent a place instead of a hotel and it was 1000xs better! Everything was so close to us. I think the most we drove was 15mins. Family was close, the church and the venue were all less than 15min. The neighbor was very quite with plenty of street parking (there is one parking in the back). Definitely a place will come back too. Oh and the snacks and the lovely notes all around the house were a plus! Thank you!!

Vladimir and I always look forward to travel. So much is learned by going out of our circle into other corners of the world. We have enjoyed California's lovely weather. Our well centralized town allows us to visit Yosemite, Carmel, San Francisco, Wineries, quaint mining towns and other National Parks. Our valley town is also home to the Gallo Center for the Arts, which has afforded us great venues. We have a local Farmers Market on Thurs. & Sat. We have an extensive bike trail (Dry Creek). We look forward to your visit.

Our properties are in an older established neighborhood. They have a free designated private parking space each and additional free street parking. We put much effort into giving our guests a clean, comfortable and hopefully beautiful place in order for a pleasant stay. We strive to be responsive hosts at all times.

Our properties are spacious and with full baths, fully functional kitchens with pretty much everything needed, dining areas for sitting around a table, living rooms with sofas, and leisure comfortable seating. Some have desk areas for remote working. We strive to create and provide places we would love to stay in ourselves. We are waiting for you to book with us.
