The Space:
Sleeps 16, fully updated kitchen, beautiful marsh views and 2 master bedrooms. This home comes with a VSee box where you can watch every football, baseball, and soccer game etc no matter where it is being played along with Sports PPVs like boxing, all for FREE, also includes about 3000 channels like your hometown local news, and countless movies on demand, again all for FREE! Kitchen has Quartz countertops and black stainless appliances overlooking the beautiful marsh front with TVs in 3 of the 4 bedrooms and 50" for Living Room that has that VSEE Box and all the channels. Sleeps total of 16 with 2 master bedrooms one upstairs one downstairs, 3rd bedroom with private bathroom access that sleeps 6, 4th bedroom also sleeps 6 and has access to 4th bath as well. Balcony off the 2nd story master bedroom has a beautiful marsh view, golf cart and bike rental available with nearby company, all of downtown it is legal to drive golf carts. Get ready for a peaceful family stay only minutes from ferry to Cumberland Island, 2 boat ramps and downtown St Marys! Brand new kitchen, quartz countertops and SS appliances installed 2022. The Second oldest City in the US awaits. This is a place to make good memories that last forever. 45 mins to Jekyll Island and Fernandina beaches. 1 hour to Jacksonville beaches.

Spacious and Comfortable

This is a fantastic house with lots of space, comfortable beds, and many recent updates. The views over the marsh are amazing, especially for sunsets. You're close to everything you want to do in St. Marys, especially the bakery that's an easy walk for breakfast.

Great Getaway in St. Mary's GA

Nice large older private home, set back off the street, great secure location, quiet neighborhood, excellent for dogs "no rugs to worry about." Peaceful lot, view overlooking the marshland, plenty of parking. Host, Banks Van Pelt attentive to any problems etc. Close to downtown and a beautiful waterfront park.

Precious house with amazing sunsets!

This place has plenty of room for a large family with a great deck looking out over the river and tidal marshes. Watch incredible sunsets and feel right at home. Friendly, quiet neighborhood, perfect for sunrise/evening walks. Convenient to historic downtown and newer amenities as well.

Spacious and convenient

My family stayed here to be near my in-laws in Fernandina Beach. The location is excellent, the property is gorgeous, and we already talked about renting here again for our next visit.

great get away

This is a serene and spacious house on the edge of the marsh. Our multi-generational family get away was perfect here. Plenty of space for everyone, well supplied kitchen, beautiful scenery and great location. Easy access to St. Mary's and Cumberland Island.

Spacious and Conveniently Located

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The largest bedrooms have no draperies or blinds but you understand when watching the sun rise and set over the marsh! The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and fully equipped. LVP and hardwoods make the stay worry free (especially with children).

Funeral stay

The space was sufficient and loved the 4 bathrooms for a group of 14. There needs to be curtains for privacy on main level. Lock for outside porch door and update on patio furn with cushions it was too dirty top really sit on outside. Outside motion light its so dark at night. Other than that the home had all that we needed to be together at this time as a family.

On the Marsh

Great stay with great views of the marsh. Everything was close by. Grocery store within 2 miles. Only small issue I had was finding the key code at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a family reunion

Plenty of beds and bathrooms. We loved the atmosphere of the house and the incredible river view. Some of the bedrooms did not have curtains. We didn't have time to enjoy the outdoor fire pit or the side deck. We would love to come back again when we don't have a wedding to be at.

Marvelous Marsh

We spent 4 nights in this lovely roomy comfortable home. We brought our two dogs so the fenced in side yard was very convenient. The fireplace in the evening while watching a large screen Tv and sitting on a huge sofa made our evenings enjoyable! The back yard porch was the perfect spot for our morning coffee and our sunset wine! The location was just a short trip to downtown St Marys and several very nice restaurants. We recommend this rental for comfort convenience and customer service!!

Amazing!!

This property is adorable. The house was even better then I thought from the pictures. Quiet neighborhood and great views of the marshes. Small fenced area perfect for dogs. The city of ST Mary’s is a great place to walk, eat and just relax and watch the river. There were 2 amazing restaurants right on the river. The tour of Cumberland Island is also a must do!! The house had all the essentials and everything was in good working order. We enjoyed everything about this rental and would definitely return! The host was very easy to communicate with and was very helpful.

Great Property BYO amenities

The house was great
the communication with the property manager before the trip was great. Check in was easy and sharing the key with family was easy. For a four bedroom four bath house it seemed low on amenities for us
(benefit of the doubt we did stay almost a week and most people may just stay a weekend) .. we had to go to a local store to get more towels, there was only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom so we had to get more toilet paper, needed to buy paper towels, there were two pods for the dishwasher and two for laundry (with a whole house full of guest that was not nearly enough) so we did buy more laundry detergent. I have stayed in other similar rentals and there was soap/shampoo/conditioner etc. so I guess I expected to not have to purchase those things for each bathroom but we did because we were just unaware that it would be needed. Lastly and a little odd was that the remotes in each room and one in the living area did not have batteries (one remote did but the first time we used it it said low battery??) so we had to get batteries for the remotes as well. After saying all that the house was great
 the location was great and we had such a fun family gathering for Thanksgiving/Wedding that week but if I had known (and maybe I didn’t do my research but if I had known) I would have been better prepared.

Great house, perfect location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was one of the best properties we have stayed at. The house is clean, pretty, and the property was relaxing. They have always been super responsive, and I would recommend this property for anybody!

Amazing space

I would definitely return again! The kitchen was filled with every type of glass, plates, cooking equipment, lots of utensils, Keurig, any event gigantic platters for a big ham and turkey! Lovely stay!

Family vacation

There were 7 of us all adults and we all enjoyed our stay at this large house it was very clean and nice. The location is great, close the down town and shopping. We will be happy to stay here again.
