Your Fernandina Beach adventure begins at this 3-bedroom house. Step inside and be greeted by a pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere. The beautiful decor and cozy furnishings create a welcoming space for guests to relax and unwind. With 1 queen bed and 2 full beds, there's plenty of room for everyone to get a good night's sleep. The house features modern amenities like heating, AC, WiFi, and a washing machine, ensuring a convenient stay. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer, shower, and bathtub for your comfort. We hope you enjoy what our place and Fernandina Beach has to offer. Only 5.5 miles to the beach. Please pick up after your pets. NO PARTIES! Must be 25 years old to book. We do have space to park trailers, boats, etc. but we ask that you let us know if need extra parking so we can accommodate for your needs.

Absolutely as described in the description. Charming home with all the amenities you would ever need. Close to shopping, eating and to Amelia Island. Gwen was a perfect host who answered any questions that we had. Will definitely stay there again when in the area.

We stayed here one night for a quick family visit. All positive. The only thing I would have appreciated is a king size bed in one of the rooms. Two adults and two medium/large pups in the a queen bed is a bit to cozy for me. The place was clean, nicely decorated, well equipped and securely fenced in. I highly recommend and would stay here again!

Cute little cottage

We arrived on time and had no problems getting in or to the location. We are 75 years plus young and the property was easy for us to move around. The place was spotless.

Great Quiet Charming Stay for some GA Dawgs

My brothers and I came down from Middle Ga to attend the Ga/Fl game. We had a great time and this was the perfect location to recharge after a thrilling game. The place was spacious, clean, and the host responsive. Great overall experience!

Just What We Needed

We were looking for a place to host our son and 3 young grandkids. This was just what we needed. It was comfortable and had zones for a variety of activities. We had a great time. It was an added plus that the beach was not far away and there were good shopping options nearby. Highly recommended.

The photos online did not do the house justice. Although nice online, it was even better in person! Had a chance to meet Gwen and she's very nice and personable. She took care of our minor situation immediately and responded to texts in a timely manor. I drive a Kia Sorento and was able to fit my car into the garage. Which made us feel better considering there aren't any outside lights (unless you leave the porch light on). We were only minutes away from everything, including the beach. The cherry on top for me was the response my mom and godmother had when they entered the house. When we left they were still singing its praises. The neighborhood was very quiet. I hope Gwen has property in Savannah. I loved working with her and trust her management.

This is the house I grew up in. Built in 1968. We have completely remodeled it to bring it up to date. This area is centrally located so you are close to everything. Beaches, Cumberland Island and beautiful St. Marys, GA.
Jacksonville international airport, Jacksonville Zoo and the Jacksonville Jaguars stadium
