The town of CBS's groomed walking/biking trail begins 1km to the east and the TransCanada ATV trail continues to the west.

Conception Bay South is a town located on the southern shore of Conception Bay on the Avalon Peninsula of the island of Newfoundland, Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. The town is commonly called C.B.S. Conception Bay South is the second largest settlement in Newfoundland and Labrador and is part of the St. John's Metropolitan Area.

This beautiful home is located in the picturesque area of Seal Cove in Conception Bay South. The backyard of the property offers stunning views of the surrounding nature and overlooks Conception Bay South. The Seal Cove River, situated down over the hill, provides excellent boating and fishing access for those who enjoy outdoor activities.

If you prefer to relax and unwind, the backyard is the perfect spot for whale and bird watching, where you can catch a glimpse of minke whales, shore ducks, and seagulls. The backyard deck and hot tub are accessible via both the patio and mudroom doors, making it easy to enjoy the outdoor amenities.

Inside the home, you will find a large smart TV in the living room for your entertainment, as well as a small electric fireplace to keep you cozy during the cooler months. The chairs are carefully selected for a great lounging experience, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day.

The kids are provided with a sandbox, horseshoe pits, and a playroom equipped with table hockey and an assortment of toys, ensuring they will never be bored during your stay. The home also offers a laundry room complete with a washer and dryer, so you can pack light and wash your clothes during your stay.

If you need to stock up on supplies, the Seal Cove Convenience and Liquor Store is only a 5-minute walk away. With a total of five bedrooms, this home can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The master bedroom features a queen bed with a private main ensuite bath, while the other four bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. With a total of three full bathrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone to get ready in the morning or wind down after a long day of exploring.

Upon booking, we will ask you to fill out our Pre-Arrival Form and review and agree to our rental conditions.

Please note that the hot tub is not available during the winter. Will be available in May.

In order to maintain the hygiene and quality of the hot tub and linens, we require all guests to shower before and after using the hot tub. We kindly request that no pets of any kind or size be allowed in the hot tub.

After using the hot tub, please ensure that the spa covers are left on and securely fastened. The covers are solely for insulation purposes and are not designed to support any weight. Therefore, please do not stand or sit on them.

Driving Directions:
The driving directions will be sent out three days before your arrival. These directions will help ensure a smooth and hassle-free journey to the venue. If you have any specific transportation-related questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team.

You'll receive your check-in instructions on the day of your check-in at 12PM.

Please note that only registered guests are allowed on the property, unless explicitly approved by the owner or host in advance. Guests are kindly requested to contact the host or owner for approval prior to inviting any additional guests. We prioritize the safety and comfort of our guests, and unauthorized guests are not permitted. Furthermore, in order to maintain a peaceful environment, we strictly prohibit parties or large gatherings on the property unless specifically approved by the host.
