Une propriĂ©tĂ© bien situĂ© et confortable pour les petits groupes et les familles, jusqu'Ă  sept personnes. Quatre chambres et des lits confortables pour tout le monde. Belle salle de sĂ©jour ouverte avec de grandes fenĂȘtres, Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la salle Ă  manger et cuisine. Trois balcons, dans le salon, cuisine (vue sur la montagne Esja), et la chambre principale. Deux salles de bains, une douche. TV Ă©cran plat, Wifi et Internet haut dĂ©bit, draps, linge de toilette inclus. Bus aucun 14 arrĂȘts juste Ă  l'extĂ©rieur, vous prendre le centre-ville en quelques minutes. A proximitĂ©: Laugardalur vallĂ©e, avec un centre de remise en forme Laugar Spa (Gym, piscine gĂ©othermique, massage, Joe & The Juice). Ceci est une propriĂ©tĂ© familiale avec un appartement sĂ©parĂ© dans le sous-sol avec entrĂ©e sĂ©parĂ©e, habitĂ©e par une seule personne. Les propriĂ©taires vivent dans une maison voisine. A really spacious house in a very convenient area outside the city centre,loved the proximity to the huge ouypool complex. Nice driveway for parking and good access to the owner. A really great stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful unique home. The amenities were as described and everything was clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic and the bus to downtown Reykjavik was frequent and very easy to figure out for these first-time visitors. Thank you for a lovely visit!

Excellent choice - would stay again. Very spacious with updated appliances (washer/dryer combo) kept us with fresh clothing throughout our week’s visit. Easy access to downtown (my son ran along the coast every evening back and forth to the city).

Our stay and our host were absolutely amazing! Johannes was kind, communicative, and informative! It was a blessing to stay in his family home. Mid-century Modern house with wonderful architectural details. Lots of level changes so short stairs to most rooms. Lots of room, furniture is comfortable. Well appointed kitchen. Short walk to the Reykjavik hot pools that we unfortunately didn't find time for. The bus route 14 stops are a 1 min walk in either direction so that was a super easy way around the city. Short taxi ride to/ from the cruise terminal cost us 4000ISK for 4.

The house was charming and perfect for us. Lots of character. Room for everyone. We thought we would take the bus places but ended up driving and we didn't find parking to be an issue. Nearby park/gardens that the kids enjoyed. Giant public pool nearby. It was a great choice for us.

1 week in genuine mid-century modern

This house was a joy to stay in. A beautifully built genuine mid-century modern house with a great location. Easy access to downtown Reykjavik and highways made it convenient for all of our activities. The owner was pleasure to meet and work with for check-in and gave us a tour of the house. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Wonderful last minute booking

this house was just what our family needed for a very last minute booking. The host went out of his way to make sure we have everything we needed, and gave us a personal tour of his family home. We felt very confident and comfortable staying here and really enjoyed being a little outside the city center. Overall a very relaxing stay with plenty of room for a family of five to spread out.
