Sunset Cove offers waterfront views and a private boat dock. The main house features two bedrooms and two full baths. Picturesque windows along the entire lakeside of the home make it feel like you are on the water and you will be. The adjacent guest house (two steps from the main house) has a full bath.

This vacation home is nestled in a quiet cove on the east side of the lake. You will be steps from the water. A flat driveway and a close-by marina make the location ideal for bringing your boat. Enjoy the beautiful, cool water of Possum Kingdom from the comfort of the backyard.

Whether cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, shooting a round of pool, kayaking the calm waters, fishing from the shore, watching the deer graze, or catching a sunset, Sunset Cove ensures plenty of relaxation and memory-making.

It is conveniently located to restaurants, a small grocery store, Rocker B Ranch, and marinas.

The rental is in a wonderful location in a nice cove with great views. The patio was fantastic and the host had excellent communication and even accommodated a slightly later checkout and prepared charcoal for the girll. Check in was seamless. However I couldn’t give 5 stars as we had some issues with the cleanliness of the bedrooms and bathrooms upon arrival. Also a few things to be aware of: wine glasses are not provided, and the guesthouse bedroom has a wall unit AC that wasn’t thermostat regulated which meant it was either warm by the evening or pretty cool by the morning if left running. Overall would recommend the host and property if they cleaning could be more thorough.

Waterfront/location

We’ve stayed all over PK Lake over the years and we like this VRBO area for several reasons: you are located only steps from the water, there’s a dock for your boat, the area is a no wake zone which is nice, beautiful sunsets, close to restaurants, convenience store, well kept neighborhood.As for this particular property, it was perfectly set up for a lake house. Comfortable, roomy, all the amenities needed for a Great Lake stay. The owner was informative and accessible, which made for a relaxing, fun and effortless experience. Thanks again we’d definitely come back!

Little piece of heaven

Beautiful property with gorgeous sunset views. Our kids enjoyed swimming and fishing in between baseball games at Rocker B. Owner was amazing and very communicative.

This VRBO was just what we needed to unwind at the lake. The owner was cordial and a very good communicator. The location was excellent. The view was spectacular. The fishing was satisfactory. The home had the ideal layout to accommodate my family. Thank you for sharing your lovely lake house with us. We plan to visit this place again.

Loved It!

Great location for our weekend baseball tournament at Rocker B! The boys loved fishing on the private dock and playing pool in the game room. Everything from cleanliness, amenities, etc were perfect.

Great place! Wonderful water access.

We loved this property. Wonderful dock, great place to sit and float with not a lot of water traffic. We had a hard time understanding the lock when checking in. The door lock didn’t light up in the sun. Very hard to tell what numbers we were hitting. Overall rooms were nice and comfortable, plenty of living room space and nice eating area. Lovely back porch sitting area to enjoy the water views. We will definitely remember this space for next time!

Great place for needing shared spaces!

We enjoyed this house and all it had to offer! If anyone is wondering Hells gate is about a 25-30min drive by boat. I would recommend this stay :)

Great family place

This lakefront rental was amazing!!! Perfect for our family getaway! The dock added so much as we brought our boat and when we weren’t on the boat, we were fishin’ off the dock!! So peaceful and quiet, even with the other homes nearby!

Clean, comfortable & great fishing.

We have stayed in lots of vacation homes though the years. Have “NEVER” had a better experience with an owner. We had a number of things happen that were out of the ordinary and she answered immediately, followed up to make sure things were resolved and that we were happy and enjoying our stay. Truly amazing!! Have booked again for another stay.

Convenient location.

Everything was as expected. Responded to communication immediately when check in code didnt work; resolved in a matter of minutes. Boat slip made our stay convenient so we could keep our boat in the water and near us.

Family Time

We really enjoyed our stay. We Loved that you could walk right to water from the house. The house was clean and definitely felt great when cooling off from the outside heat if you weren’t in the water. The guys caught quite a few fish from the dock. The neighborhood was very quiet. Vanessa the property owner was very friendly and helpful with any questions that we had. Would definitely stay here again.
