A spacious and serene lake front property with back porch lake views, covered dock and an outdoor kitchen. This 3-bedroom, 2 bath home sleeps up to 10, with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and all the amenities of home.

We are located on the East side of Possum Kingdom Lake, 9 miles from Rocker B Ranch, 24 miles from Graham.

Walk out the back door and enjoy fishing, kayaking and jumping into the lake from the dock. The covered outdoor kitchen has a raised bar with stools and large table with seating for ten, providing plenty of space to enjoy dinner near the water. Beautiful hiking trails, marina and restaurants are all nearby.

We offer a family friendly environment and prioritize a peaceful and respectful environment for all guests and neighbors. For that reason, we strictly forbid gatherings greater than the maximum number of allowed guests, being ten (10).

Guests are limited to ten (10) people and no more than 3 vehicles.

A maximum number of 1 boat and 2 PWC can be tied to the dock at once.

Quiet hours are from [10pm] to [8am]. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels low during these hours.
