Revêtement de sol fraîchement peint et neuf, mai 2019. Condo est au coeur de Cherry Grove! À seulement 7 pâtés de maisons de la jetée. Marchez jusqu'à l'épicerie (Boulineaus) et les restaurants. Excellent emplacement!. Superbe vue sur l'océan depuis le balcon avant. Entièrement meublé. 6 couchages. La chambre a 2 lits queen et le salon a un canapé-lit. Grande piscine extérieure récemment refaite avec une nouvelle terrasse. Chaises longues au bord de la piscine fournies. J'ai passé de nombreuses semaines amusantes avec ma famille dans ce petit coin de Cherry Grove. Nous ne louons qu'à la semaine pendant les mois d'été mais si pour une raison quelconque une semaine n'est pas louée - alors je réserverai pour un week-end ..

Great quick weekend getaway

We were thrilled to find an affordable spot for a short beach getaway on Mother's Day weekend. We enjoyed the location of this rental - across the road from the beach and walking distance to other shops and dining.

The property is dated, but it's all you need if you're spending time at the beach. Convenient to shopping and anything you want to do. Cherry Grove beach overall is much quieter and family friendly.

Dated/?--- yep... look at what you paid... look at the location... prime time location>>. read the site... says its basic... but the location is great and my condo is clean... as far as dated?/ do you want daily maid service... meals cooked for you....??limo?? for what you paid-- really?? dated..--- you could have gone up to the prince resort and paid 300 bucks per nite and still couldnt walk to downtown....my condo has everyting you need here--- ... my condo is the best deal going in cherry grove ... funny ,people that dont have a lot of money want the most... -- joel...

We had a fantastic stay at this condo, owner was very helpful with check in instructions, everything is so close to the condo, walking distance to the beach(across the street) 2 min walk to get icecream, there is a giant store with everything you need right behind the icream shop too! Very convenient! Super pleased with our stay! Thank you for having us!

Great Location

The host was so wonderful, gave us so much information about the area; cool places to see, fun things to do, and the best places to eat. The location is perfect, less than 30 yards from the beach and you can walk to many shops and restaurants. Thank you for the stay!

What a GREAT experience!

Location is prime. Beach is literally across the street with ocean views from balcony. Rate was incredible. Everything you need is within walking distance. Property manager easy to communicate with. We would absolutely return here!

This little place was awesome! The host was awesome communication was great. The pool was one of the best parts besides being across the beach. There's so multiple ice cream shops near here the dairy hut was great. There's a grocery store one or 2 blocks away that place was awesome!! It has literally almost everything youd need. Can't wait to come back !

Great location.

Located conveniently between the pier and downtown Cherry Grove. It’s very efficient and clean. It’s small and would be better for a couple or a family expecting no privacy in the bedroom. Third floor location but very quiet neighbors.

Nice getaway!!!!

We really enjoyed our mini getaway. Lots of places within walking distance to eat. Everything was very clean and well stocked. We felt very much at home. The owners were very friendly and quick to get back to us with a few questions we had. We are looking forward to coming back!

Quick trip and spur of the moment

We had a wonderful time. The neighbors are all very friendly. Everything is within walking distance- the beach access is literally across the street. It is a bit dated, but it was clean. We will be back.

Great location

This property is the perfect getaway spot! You are close to everything you could need, groceries, ice cream, restaurants, souvenir shops, and most importantly the beach! The owner was amazing to work with. He responded to questions, messages, and offered all the local advice you could ask for. I can not say enough great things about this rental. I will be sure to look it up when I am back in the area.

Quiet, comfy & inexpensive

The owners are very helpful and accommodating. The location is great, within walking distance of grocery store that carries everything! The beach is right across the street and was not crowded. The pictures are very accurate. The place is small, but has comfortable beds and is well-stocked with pans, and kitchen equipment. The pool was very clean with lots of chairs available. We were at the beach all day and stopped at the pool for a quick swim before dinner. Suited our needs perfectly for a last-minute, inexpensive getaway. Thanks, Joel and Dana!

Condo smells bad

We checked in and walked into the condo and were floored by the bad smell inside the condo. Old carpet and a very old window unit AC were the problem. We scrubbed the condo and went to Wal Mart and bought some air fresheners, but they did not help. We had to wash all the clothes we took(even if we didn't wear them)

Steve, sorry your stay was undesirable. As you see I have great reviews for this little inexpensive condo. Had you told me you had a problem I would have tried to rectify any issue but you did not say anything. The cleaner did however tell me that that the way you guys left the condo was to say the least... undesirable. Maybe for your next stay you should book somewhere thats 300. per nite instead of 100. per nite. Regards... joel.

Very adequate

The only thing we wished we had had was WiFi. But other than that the place was wonderful and met our needs. Very close to IGA, liquor store, and beach access. Owner was very helpful and kind.

Our stay in Cherry Grove

The stay was nice, but this property is in major need of upgrades. The shower head is so low you have to duck down to wash your hair. And to wash your body off afterwards. The place is very small. It was a place for us to lay our head at night. But was a little disappointed to find out that it didn't even have Wi-Fi at the condo. Everyone we met at the condo was super nice and very friendly. And the owner was very nice as well and easy to get along with. Just really think a condo that old could definitely use some upgrades.

Thank you for your review. Our condo does have Spectrum internet. As far as the shower head, this is a first. I have never had any complain about this. The shower head is standard as all showers. Our condo is small, but we do not advertise that it is large. Glad to hear the neighbors were friendly.

The location was great!

The property manger and the location were great! The pool was really nice and clean. However the beds were super uncomfortable and the unit was extremely hot because there was only one window unit in the back bedroom. Highly recommend not planning to cook anything as it heats up the condo to quickly. There were several soft spots in the floor which was a bit alarming. I had to wipe everything down with Clorox wipes when we arrived and I just glanced at the coffee pot and decided we should just go get coffee everyday, I did wash the pot but once I opened up area for coffee and water there was coffee left inside so lots of mold and just yucky looking in the water basin. For the money I guess it's fine however we left a night early due to not being able to sleep in the beds.

Thank you for your response. I appreciate the feedback. Unfortunately, I can not address issues unless you let me know. I am very accessible to my guests for questions or concerns. The mattresses were only 2 years old, but we did replace them spring of 2023. Also, there is a new coffee maker. I have never had complaints about the beds, most say they are comfortable. The shower head is standand and our house keeper does a fantastic job. We would have been happy to send her back in if you had let me know. We have a great location, super convenient to grocery stores, beach, pool and resturants. And you definitely cannot beat our rate. Do not think anyone across the street from beach has our rates.

Amazing place!

Beautiful view and right across from the beach and plenty of attractions and delicious restaurants, and Walmart/ dollar tree is 10 minutes away. We plan to visit again soon hopefully.
