The house is situated at a very convenient location, in a quiet neighborhood, a few minutes on foot away from the beach and ten minutes walk to the downtown. A shared garden with barbecue facilities is at guests' disposal. The facility consists of 4 apartments:

Apartment Zana
Located on the second floor, Apartment Zana (40 m²) is ideal for up to three guests. It is a perfect choice for couples or small families looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place to relax on the island of Krk.

Apartment Zana features a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a living area with a pull-out corner sofa that can be used as an additional sleeping space (130 × 190 cm). The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric/gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, and all necessary kitchenware.

A special highlight is the covered balcony with a partial sea view and greenery, furnished with a table and chairs—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening while watching the sunset.
