Sunny Daze beach house is a perfect location for a family (or Multi Family) getaway. There is plenty of space inside with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, front and rear enclosed porches and a large common area with a ten person dining room table perfect for family or friends to eat at, or simply hang out late into the night telling stories, playing games and reconnecting.
The location is un-beatable, sandy Wells Beach is literally at the bottom of the stairs as you exit the beach side porch. Enjoy sunrises over the ocean or sunsets over the marsh from the beach. It is an easy walk, (less than a mile) to Wells beach center where there are shops, restaurants, an arcade, and playground.
Sunny Daze is on the older side for sure - no getting around that. But there is heat for colder nights and fans in every room (no AC) WIFI, and smart TV/Cable in the main living space, plus full size washer and dryer.⊠It has plenty of charm, and all the amenities you really need, coffee maker, full size kitchen with all sorts of pots, pans, utensils, air fryer, crockpots, conventional oven and microwave, outdoor gas grill, some games, puzzles, and books. There is a basement for storage of your toys / chairs/ etc. and because we use the house as often as we can, we do leave some of our own chairs, umbrellas and beach games and toys available for you to use.
If you are looking for a low key, low stress spot this is the place for you.

Our family has been coming to Wells for vacations since I met my wife 14+ years ago. The wife and her family have been coming to Wells for 2 generations before that, so we have a special connection here. We and they have always rented but we knew we wanted to purchase and luckily enough had the chance to do so. While we would love to spend every day here, we still work and have to pay for it somehow, so here we are. Honestly we are happy to share it, as vacationing in Wells is something we think everyone should enjoy.
Voici pourquoi lâhĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement
Location and parking were what brought us to look at it, but then we fell in love with the inside as a perfect place to host friends and family and to hang out. we also love its history, it was built in 1908!!! I really think these homes become more important to the area as more of these properties are getting replaced with newer modern style homes.
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
its a great location, Beachfront, with unobstructed views from Cliff House to Arundel / Kennebunk. It is towards the middle of Wells beach with fewer crowds than either end, while still being an easy walk to the Jetty or Wells beach square.
