This 3 bedroom townhouse is perfect for all families with a first floor master with easy access to highways and downtown! Close to the hospital, the universities, and attractions like museums and restaurants, this is a great place to stay for whatever occasion you are traveling for!

The Space:
3 bedrooms with 2 full baths and one-half bath! Master located on the first floor. Parking provided in garage and driveway. The entire space is carefully designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. It has 3 queen bedrooms with TVs, 2.5 baths, fully stocked kitchen, nice outdoor space, washer/dryer, and garage parking. Self-check in. Close proximity to major highways. Kids welcome. We'd love to host your visit!

The listing is very accurate in its description, the neighborhood has tons of sidewalks and we went for at least one walk a day. The house itself was fully stocked with everything you could need- towels/shampoo/detergent/razors/toothbrushes etc. My only criticism is that the cleaning team needs to take it up a notch between guests, there was hair in the sinks from people shaving, some items from previous guests were still laying around (example- a pin from a boutonniĂšre was found on a bedside table). Maybe get some black out curtains or blinds for the bedrooms.Even with that being said, we would book this rental again due to how kind and responsive the renters each time we communicated.

Graduation Family Weekend

The house was roomy, well stocked and open to encourage family interactions. Perfect Weekend

Quiet Neighborhood, lots of places to walk and enjoy outside. Townhouse was equipped with everything we needed. Spacious inside. Lots of room to enjoy our time together and then retreat to our bedrooms for a good nights rest. Perfect place to enjoy precious time with family.

Great Peaceful stay !

As advertised for sure! The neighborhood was very quiet and safe and the environment around the general area was breathtaking! Nichole was a great host and was available for any questions we had regarding restaurant recommendations and entertainment. Definitely plan to return in August!

Wonderful 3 weeks in Durham

This was a perfect home for our extended 3 week stay. It was so clean and well appointed inside. This home is in a beautiful, quite neighborhood. Great groceries, restaurants, and shopping malls near by. A real gem of a find!

Duke Invitational visit

The Condo was exactly how it is shown on the web-site and it is very clean. It is a quite area. Easy to get from that location to anywhere you need to go. I highly recommend it.

Lay of the land

We came up to rent an apartment for my son going to UNC and to drive around and get comfortable with the area. The property was perfect! I don’t use VRBO often because I’m afraid of placing us in bad spots but this one was perfect!

The location and neighborhood were perfect for the needs of this stay. Nichole was incredibly responsive and accommodating in messaging and responses. Our disappointment in the stay at this property lies in the cleanliness and linens. If the unit is managed with a cleaning team, please review expectation with this group. The two pictures below show a fur ball on carpet in one upstairs bedroom as well as stain on the carpet. Additionally, the check-in information indicated extra towels/washcloths were under sinks in bathrooms while there was, in fact, not a single extra washcloth or towel in either bathroom. There were hairs on sheets in one of the beds. If I were the owner of this home and contracting cleaning, I'd seriously consider finding a new cleaning source. Towels were adequate yet thin and stained despite smelling clean. The pillows on the downstairs bed are incredibly thin (think pancake) despite indicating "firm" on the Walmart "Mainstay" branding. I elected to not travel with my own pillows since I was driving but didn't since I was only there a short stay. While there were multiple K-cups for the coffeemaker, the only sugar provided was Stevia. Thankfully, Harris Teeter isn't far away at all. While I'm most grateful for the short response time and incredibly accommodating host, these details are also critical to receiving a 5-star stay.

Clean and comfortable stay in a nice neighborhood

This worked great for my family of four while we visited relatives in Chapel Hill. We loved this property and would definitely reserve again. Sparkling clean, impeccably furnished, and nice touches like sound machines in every bedroom and shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser in every shower. Garage is a nice feature. Everything in the house was clearly labeled. Rokus worked great for watching streaming. When I had a question, host responded promptly. I cannot say enough good things - we had a great experience here!

Safe Place to Stay In Durham

We needed a place to stay near Duke Hospital (8 min away) and this was a nice place. It's clean, quiet, and safe. A Harris teeter grocery store in 3 miles away and simple to get there and more shops closer. The only issue we had was that neighbors walk their dogs and stood 2 to 3 from the windows from the Livingroom while their dogs did their business. The owners did pick up behind them. We were told that all yard space is area for everyone. Other than that I would recommend a water filter for the place as the water in Durham is awful, and just strong chlorine smell. Bring your own water or purchase when you get there. The beds are all memory foam. We'd stay there again if needed.

Convenient and comfortable

We were very pleased with our stay at this 3 bedroom townhouse. Especially liked having a main floor master bedroom with full bathroom. Everything was clean, organized (loved the labels!) and useful. Thank you for your hospitality basket, too!

Great property

We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of room, everything was clearly marked and labeled and some nice little touches like toothbrushes, toothpaste and laundry detergent. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent home

Very nice, well equipped home in a very pleasant and quiet neighborhood. Everything you could need within a 10 minute drive. Host answered any questions immediately and was a delight to work with. We would stay here again.
