Le décorateur a conçu une maison neuve (2018) idéalement située dans un quartier calme avec de nombreux retraités entre Duke University et University of Chapel Hill, près de l'aéroport de Raleigh-Durham, du Research Triangle Park et du centre commercial SouthPoint. Cette maison a été spécialement conçue pour accueillir confortablement jusqu'à huit personnes. Les 3 chambres sont au 2ème étage. À quelques minutes du centre-ville de Durham, où vous pourrez profiter d'un match de baseball des Durham Bulls, faire du shopping sur la place historique de Brightleaf, visiter le Life and Science Museum ou savourer une bière fraîche dans les nombreuses microbrasseries.

Kinda weird only one towel per person. Kinda weird to ask that we pull off sheets. But overall a great place. Everything else was exactly as advertised and hosts communicated well and were friendly

Hi Rob. Most short term rentals only supply one towel per guest to minimize the amount of laundry our cleaners have to wash. There is a washing machine and dryer available at the property if you wanted to have a clean fresh towel each day. We don't operate the same way as a hotel where you would get a new towel each day. We ask that you pull off the sheets just to aid our cleaners but it is not really required.

We reserved the house for a month while my husband was receiving treatment at Duke. The hosts were super easy to communicate with & nothing was too much trouble. The house is very well equipped, & beautifully decorated. We particularly liked the very comfy bed in the master bedroom. The hosts arranged for a free house clean during our stay, which was very much appropriate.

This was hands down the BEST VRBO we have stayed in! Beautiful, clean, so much space. Loved the game room; with pool table, ping pong and foosball. Wish we could have had time to spend more days in Durham at this home. We spent much of one day at The Life and Science Museum and next day at Sarah P. Duke Garden, both were wonderful! So many restaurants to choose from and everything close to this home! Great location. Owners very responsive. Thank you for the opportunity to stay and enjoy our wknd celebrating our dtrs birthdays!

This house was completely as advertised. Super clean and the beds were amazing! The water pressure is great in the shower and super hot! We loved the gameroom in the garage which is well outfitted. This house is 5 minutes from gas stations, grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants. The house is only 12 minutes from Duke hospital and the neighborhood is super quiet. I would definitely rent this house again.

This place is huge and so clean. The new mattress is one of the most comfy mattresses I’ve ever slept on. The host is very communicative.

The Sampaguita is the national flower of the Philippines (also known as the Arabian Jasmine) and holds special meaning to property owner Anjanette who was born and raised in the Philippines. As a child she has fond memories of the fragrant scent of the flower which grew at her grandmother’s home. Anjanette studied nursing in the Philippines and moved to Michigan in 1996 after marrying her husband Frank. Frank grew up in Michigan and graduated with a B.B.A. in Business Computer Systems. We moved to North Carolina in 2004 to enjoy the warmer weather and bluer skies. Anjanette received her Realtor's license in 2016 and we have been passionate about the real estate business ever since! Our motto is "work hard but don't forget to stop and take a breather and get some much needed rest and relaxation". If you book with us we will go "out of the way" to make your Airbnb experience as pleasant as can be!
